    P2, Day 1, starving & concerned!

Today is my first 500 calorie day after my 2 loading days (yes, I loaded with as much high fat food as I could handle lol), its only 9:15am and I'm already STARVING! I have had 3 bottles of water since waking up and already eaten one of my fruits for the day. Is this normal and will it go away? I've read a lot about how if your dosage is to high or low it wont control your hunger like its supposed to, but I was sure if that's something you have to wait a few days in to know. I ordered from NuImage and was told to do 200iu's (20 on the syringe).
Also, can you eat extra of anything to fill in missing calories? I did some meal prepping last night for my P2 start today but once I do the math with my 2 fruits, 2 proteins, 2 vegies and even some melba or grissini I am still missing a little over 100 calories. The NuImage HCG diet info they send has a very small set of foods you can eat and out of the veggies on that list the ONLY I actually like are asparagus and lettuce lol. Is there any other veggies that can be eaten with this?
Ive got a lot of weight I need to lose and I want to stick with this!!
    Thanks in advance

You are hungry because your dose is very high. Drop your dose to 100iu tomorrow and then 150iu going forward. Normally, you would skip a day before adjusting dose, but you haven't had enough doses yet to do that. Dropping to 100iu will help drop your levels faster tomorrow without skipping. But you can expect another day or so of fighting hunger until things level out.

NuImage has a good product, but not a good method for dosing. The high doses they recommend send people here for help all the time.

Please read the original protocol and follow the food lists there. There are 13 allowed veggies. Hopefully there are some there that interest you, or some you may not have even tried.

Any calories below 500 can be made up by eating more veggies or bigger pieces of allowed fruits.

    Leez,
Thanks for the info! I did what you suggested over the weekend. Dropped down to 100 Saturday and then up to 150 Sunday. The weekend was MUCH better than Friday and i'm hopeful for today lol. If I do still find myself hungry do I adjust up or down and by how much at a time? I hopeful that 150 will do the trick but trying to be prepared just incase lol.

Glad to hear you are feeling better! If you find yourself fighting unignorable hunger, you would do a skip day. That will tell you which direction you need to go.

It takes 3 days for a new dose to settle in. Allow at least that long on 150iu before considering another dose change.

Ok, so how do I know which way to adjust. I did a skip day yesterday a felt the same as all the other days. I don't wake up hungry or go to bed hungry, but just hungry all throughout the day. I'm drinking so much water to try and push away the hunger that I feel bloated. I love water, but this is a lot lol.
    My day so far:
wake up at 6am, not hungry
7:30 am, starting to feel the hunger coming on so start downing water.
9:00 am, STARVING so I eat my fruit and melba not long after.
9-11 am, still fighting the hunger away with water
11:15 am, STARVING and eat my lunch of steak and asparagus
12:15 am and im already starting to feel the hunger creep back and starting to get a headache.

This is pretty much how it is every day. Its not like ravenous hunger like on 200 iu's, but still hungry constantly on 150 iu's and I don't know where to go from here. I read articles & forums that said "if your hungry in the am then do ___" or "if your hungry in the pm do ___", but im just hungry lol (probably the wost/most hungry around 3:30 to 4:00 pm)

You didn't say how your hunger was in the early evening on your skip day. It should have been either better or worse. How would you describe that exactly?

My skip day felt like all the rest of the days, like I said.
Hungry on and off all day, at meal times and in between.
