  1. #1

Itís my P3 Day 1 Meal Plan!

Breakfast - bacon, avocado, tomatoes with olive oil. Coffee with cream
Lunch - rotisserie chicken salad, hardy amount of spring greens, olives, avocado and Marieís Blue cheese dressing. Half a cup of cottage cheese with blueberries.
Dinner - Ribeye with broccoli, smashed cauliflower and butter.
    Cocoa Crack for dessert!

This is of course, if the stomach allows and my hunger levels are there. I have half a cup of tuna salad (tuna, dukes and onion if I get really hungry)

Iíll also post an update to see how this works for me.

Let me know if anyone sees any flaws. Iím super stoked for my salad! 😀

Looks like a great plan. But a lot of food, so don't be too disappointed if you fill up quickly and don't get to eat it all. There
    s always tomorrow.

So happy for you making it to P3. Its a real accomplishment and worthy of celebration!

Okay, did my weigh in today!

    Up 1.5 lbs from yesterday.

149lbs. This is .3 below my LIW.

I know I have nothing to worry about and to continue the path Iím on because the 1st week is always the most volatile. Iím still 2.3 lbs away from correction. I canít help but to feel a little anxious but Iím trying to trust the process.

    Thoughts?

A bump up after the first day of P3 is normal. There is a +2 pound window and the cushion from the transition days for just this sort of thing.

More volume, elimination hasn't caught up yet...both reasons this happens. It has nothing to do with regaining fat. That is not what is happening.

I think part of the freak out we get when we have some gain in P3 is because we've just gone through weeks of steady downward progress. Its kind of a mental shock tp see the number go up and alarm bells start to go off.

Adjust your thinking from "this is just .3 below my LIW" to "I'm still below my LIW--hurray!" And yes, trust the process. You are correct that the beginning of P3 can be quite volatile. Continue to eat what you are hungry for within the P3 guidelines and eat enough to be satisfied. Do not restrict, and only count calories to be sure you are eating enough.
