    Phase 3: 3 or 6 weeks?

Hi! This isn't my first round of HCG, but I'm kinda confused because of Phase 3...

I took HCG for 6 weeks and now I'm going into next phase, but for how long exactly? Last year I was on P3 for 6 weeks and I lost about 3 kgs (even if I knew this is a Maintenance Phase, so I shouldn't have lost any) but I recently checked some online pages and everybody's talking about only 3 weeks of this phase? And I don't know do they talk about the shorter version of taking HCG (21 days) or does it include the long version too? (38 days)

So, in my case, is it necessary to do 6 weeks of P3 or only 3?

It is necessary in all cases, if you are following the protocol to do 3 weeks of P3, plus at least 3 weeks more of maintenance before starting anther round. The time is 6 weeks between rounds 1 & 2, 8 weeks between rounds 2 & 3, 12 weeks between rounds 3& 4 and so forth.

Cutting that time short is considered rogue or cycling, and though some do it not all are successful. You need that time between rounds for your body to regroup.

Short rounds of 23 injection days are only recommended if you are close to goal and only have 10-15 pounds to lose.

Since its been more than a year since your last round, you could consider this as a first round and would then wait a minimum of 6 weeks before starting another one.

You can stay in P3 the whole 6 weeks if you wish, or you can begin to add some starches in week 4. In those last three weeks, you can start to identify how much starch your body can handle without causing gains. It's valuable information for when you get to goal, because you want every advantage possible to stay there.

Please note that any suggestions I make are based on the Original Protocol.
