I would clear that with Grams first.

Everyone always says DO NOT USE THE HCG BOTTLE TO MIX in.
and I'm sorry I cannot say why
just check with grams so you don't mess up a batch
and let us know cuz frankly, I don't want to spend xtra $ if Idont have to

Since I'm still waiting for my empty bottles to arrive, and I will be using 2000IU of HCG at a time, I started watching this video. It's a bit long, but very informative. So happy I watched it! Seems I don't even need to use the empty sterile bottles as I can use the tiny 2000IU bottle that the HCG comes in, and a 3ML mixing needle with 1ml Bacteriostatic water per 1000iu HCG or in my case, 2000ML per 2000IU HCG. The HCG doesn't have to be drawn out, always scary for me. If you haven't mixed yet, give this video a try.

Humm? now what do I do with the 10 sterile 4ML bottles? Who knew??? I'm still going to wait until Saturday to start loading, messing with my brain is a dangerous task.

Watch the video before you ask me any questions, or not...

( on Day1 I became sick and couldn't eat anything. I intended to stock up on all my P2 food on Day1, but being sick I couldn't get out. At the end of the night, I felt like I needed to eat something, so I had edamame. I know it's not on the list, but I had to eat something. OH, and I had 2 cups of chicken broth, and when I looked at the label today it was very high in Sodium. I gained 3 lbs on Day 1. Poo!!!!

Trish - you are soooo right. I definitely need a support system this time. Thanks for starting this thread.
Welcome that sodium got me more than once so now I watch out for it.

I remember making chili a lot and that's part of my plan again this round. The cabbage soup is good.

Made my goal poster today so I can post it work and remind myself what I'm working for. Hope everyone has a good night.

Kansas your right it makes me ill too to think that they charge so much at clinics, that there are scam artists, and I tune out the negatives I hear from people talking down on hcg.

I always say it is healthier to lose weight then be obese so if it works why knock it....
What day is this for u? I just try and remember every little bit is more than a gain. Keep it up.

    Agree about NOP foods

[QUOTE=Kansas;885678]I do not wanna sound like the protocol natzi but..
Braggs is not p2 friendly and not on the list
    many do okay withit
    many do not
Again sorry but Coconut pwdr is waaaaaaaaaaaay off protocol, not p2 at all.

One other small caution: unfortunately we have to read every ingredient on spice(make sure nothing but that spice, no cornstarch or sugar) I had a gal, that was drinking tea from tea bags and they had dehydrated fruit in it,sugar nad it screwed her up
so many additives in stuff now.

I'm seriously not trying to be an *** but the new pple mite get confused.

I do stuff in p2 that is NOP, I try to tag it like, brocolli, I do it and its Nop.

I too love cabbage soup and i mix red and green together.

It is true, if you stay on protocol this program works wonders. I lost 90 lbs in 2012, i took 2012 off and during that time i have been up and down 25lbs.

My coach told me, 'stay on program, you will see me do things you shouldn't do, but if you do, watch your morning weigh ins, you will see NOP foods impact you. '

Hi everyone! Trish pointed me at this thread today. I am VLCD 7 today and as of this morning I had lost 7 lbs. Yay! I struggle with emotional eating issues mostly, although this time around I am also challenged to cook in a kitchen that is being renovated! I'm hoping to at least get it a little more organized this weekend so I can cook up some of the P2 recipes I've seen on the site here. The soups and the crab cakes especially!

It was funny reading Trish's comment about fat leaving the body via peeing...I drink about 2L of water a day and OMG I am constantly in the bathroom. It's making me nuts, but I had been joking about how I was going to tell myself that I was just getting rid of fat!

Hey Annie, Happy to see you joined the group. We are renovating our kitchen too! We are doing it one section at a time because we live in Western South Dakota Black Hills, and this is one of the coldest winters we had in a looooongtime. We have a 45 foot single wide garage that is divided with the back half insulated and heated for the work shop. Plus, we are senior citizens and we quit at 3:00PM.

I see you are on your 7th day. Good for you! I did the same as you, lost 7 in 7, but for me, only once. Would LOVE to do that again.

One thing I really like about being on this protocol, is I cook my meals and hubby cooks his. He might even lose some just because he's eating only what he wants.

Must look into the crab cakes. The last time I did a round, I pretty much ate the same thing day after day, which isn't very hard for me, but don't think it was very wise, now.

    Trish

    Keeping each other riding high~
