Thread: Second Round

    Second Round

Can I start on a second round just after P3? Or do I have to go through P4 as well?
    Thank you in advance.

Protocol is a minimum of 6 weeks between round 1 & 2. The interval increases as you go through the rounds.

This article may be helpful to understand why the waiting times between rounds is important.

    Round 1: 6 weeks
    Round 2: 8 weeks (2 mo)
    Round 3: 12 weeks (3 mo)
    Round 4: 20 weeks (5 mo)

Thank you very much. I thought I read somewhere that I can go from P3 straight to second round. Have to stop reading so much.
    Thanks again

You probably read about what is called "cycling" which is jumping back into another round following only the 3 weeks of P3 (or less).

It is not recommended. Cycling can prevent you from stabilizing at your goal weight once you get there. Its really not worth risking that.

    Hi Leez.

I will end my 1st round on 03-28 and enter into P3 for 3 weeks and resume the HCG Protocol 3 weeks later for a total pause of 6 weeks off HCG.

My question is how soon would you recommend I start the process of connecting with Diet Doc or a place where I can purchase HCG.

My plan is not to continue with the Diet Clinic where I was currently getting my HCG because they try to oversell you on other programs etc...

DietDoc will ship out right away, so probably the week before you want to start is early enough. Other suppliers can take longer. The regulations have changed a lot on HCG in the past year or so--its best to query the companies about their fulfilment times.

Thank you for your response Leez ! My Plan is to go with Diet Doc for the Injections.

I am already worrying about Stabilizing in P3. (LOL)

I am trying to read everything I can so I can be successful when I start my 2nd Round.

P3 can be scary because the rules are so general. But try not to overthink it.

I wrote a piece on how to have a successful P3 that might help you come to some peace about it:

Leez Thank you so much! You have been a wealth of information and a great resource.

Had my Consult with Diet Doc on this Thursday.

I went ahead and scheduled it because I read the HCG had been Out Of Stock and they just got it back in and I didn't want to run the risk of them running out and push back my 2nd Round.

Hopefully, I should be getting my prescription sometime the next week or so.

Will be starting R2 around May 16.

Leez you were right about being in P3 and not overthinking it (or stressing about it). I am doing okay. LOL However, I am eating P3 Foods while in P4.

Looking forward to having the P2 structure again. I am doing a 23 day round, but wonder if I should have opted for 40 days instead? Still have quite a bit to lose.
