The best thing to do is try a qtr or half sweet potato once on awhile. Then occasionally a little quinoa or pinto beans. Dd a few of these starches in occasionally and just keep track on the,scale, If you are eating lots of fats you may want to cut back a little for adding the starches. I think once you try these added starchy veggies and can maintain you wont worry so much. Staying mainly P3 with some added good carbs should work well. You can always go back to P3 if you have noticed an increase of more than two lbs on scale
