    Cool Starting Day 1 of Phase 1 Tomorrow!

    So today I went to the store and bought a bunch of fatty low carb food! Loads of bacon (3 lbs), sausage (2 lbs) and stuff to make chocolate mousse and cheesecake fat bombs all sweetened with swerve (heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, organic coconut oil)... I already have loads of fatty meatballs in the freezer, avocado's and a bunch of eggs.

    If trying to load as low carb as possible; Does anyone have any other ideas of what else I can add? I probably should add some veggies.... What have you all done in the past for loading? Do you think I have enough to sustain my gorging for 2 days? What do you all think?

    Sounds like you are well prepared!

    You don't need any veggies. I don't eat veggies or fruit during loading unless they are fried or in a pie. I also try to load sugar free and low carb, but usually let myself have one junk treat just for fun. (like HagenDaze icecream or sweet potato chips)

    Deviled eggs might be a good choice. Your fat bombs sound great. Sometimes I make a low carb cheesecake and eat that for breakfast both days. Don't forget nuts and nutbutters. Macadamias are awesome fat bombs.

    Thanks Leez! I actually do have a bunch of ice cream in the fridge! I forgot about that.... I think i will eat that while I am preparing my other food in the morning
