    starting P2 5-16, anyone else close.

    Hi everyone! I have done the HCG diet sucessfully twice in the last 5 years, but I have struggled this past year getting past week 1 of P2. I have put on 40 pounds!!!!! My excuses are 3 kids+husband who travels+special needs kiddo+kitchen renovation+absolutley no self controll!! So, I am feeling determined to do it this time, I am hoping to find a group of people starting about the same time so we can motivate each other. If there is another thread allready started point me that way!
    I need to upload a ticker but here are my starting stats this morning.

    Hi jensgirl I started phase one 5-16 as well. My VCLD will start May 18th. I am looking for the same thing you are here. Motivation, Support and People to go on this journey with. I'm starting at 185 as well. Doing a 40 day round and looking to lose 30-40 lbs. I would love to join you!

    We should see if a group has been started in the P2 section. Thanks for the reply, this morning I was 177.4. Week one loses are always so encouraging, I try not to step on the scale as much after the first week. Not really having a hard time yet, I hope that this continues!

    Hi jensgirl and Jamie1009 My first VLCD was also May 18th so I'm right there with you guys. I'm also doing a 46 day round. I'm down 8.8 this morning. I'd love to join you guys. Shyla.

    Hi I'm Rosie.
    I'll be starting P1 either 5/23 or 5/25. I'm hoping for 5/23 because my HCG is in route from Phoenix right now. I'd like to load this weekend since I plan on eating horribly for Memorial day weekend anyway. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

    This will be my second round, I tried to do a second round in April but my head wasn't in it so I quit. I have 24lbs to lose so I'm doing a 21 day round. First round I lost 16lbs and I did a little more than 30 days. I use HCG for weight-loss and hormone treatment. I'm sure it's the eating good and hormone that balance my body out.

    Hi, My name is Nancy.

    I started P2 on 5-18 I have lost 3.9 lbs. Only 51.9 to go! I am new to this, but know I will have to do multiple rounds. I have never tried a support group, but the 30 lbs I lost in 2014 the first time I did HCG...all came back

    I hope the losing goes as smoothly as before...this time I need to stay committed into maintenance!! (and the rest of my life!)

    On day 2 of loading and just like the first time I can't wait for it to end. Gained 2.6 from one day, should hit the +5 mark tomorrow.


    My menu for next week is paleo chicken breast with asparagus for lunch and beef chili for dinner with my usual apple/grapefruit/strawberry fruit selection.

    Goal to lose 10lbs.

    Hi all,
    I am on P2 day 3-- i'm down 7 pounds. This is not my first time. I would love to join your group. I seem to start my journey, while others are in the middle of theirs-- and miss out on the support aspect.
    mini melba toast is difficult to get and grissini seems to stall me). So far, the rice cracker is working well. I drink black coffee with no sweetener every morning, and this week, i'm drinking freshly brewed thai tea with artificial sweetener (1 packet per 3 gallons).
    Next week, I'm planning on ditching the artificial sweetener and changing the cabbage to asparagus. I like my veggies both raw and cooked. Asparagus, I either grill or steam. I'm sticking with the chicken, as in the past I haven't had good losses with lean chopped meat (4% fat) or fish.
    In the past, I've had trouble in P3. . . so, I'm trying to be more aware and diligent about maintaining.

    I too, have a special needs kid - Treyson is 15 and profoundly Autistic. I've been on that journey since he was just a year old. We found that out just after my daughter was born with a cleft palate and I too have no self control. This is the longest I've ever lasted on any diet and I'm pretty doggone proud of myself this time. My husband is doing better than I and I'm so grateful it was his idea this time because it makes eating so much easier! He lost 19 lbs in 2 weeks. I lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks (I had a few cheats and quite a few vodka's as well!). Shyla.
