Thread: Starting P3 on June 16th. Need some buddies for accountability/support

    I was up another lb this morning. Still less than 2 lbs above my LDW though so I tried not to stress too much about it today. It could also be because I was a little backed up for the last few days. So that got fixed this evening and I seem to have gotten my appetite back today so we will see how tomorrow morning goes. I have to weigh earlier that normal though because I am working tomorrow. I really hope that I don't have to have a steak day because I made myself an awesome lunch for tomorrow. I can't wait to have my strawberry fage in the morning!!

    Sounds good the strawberry fage. I made some homemade yogurt and will be taking it to work as well. I work in a restaurant but I've been trying not to eat the food there while on HCG. Works better if I know exactly what I'm eating.

    Tomorrow will be my first full day. I have a banquet to attend tomorrow night. That will be tough, but I think I can do it.
    I baked my husband a cake for Father's Day. I made it really small ( half the recipe ) so that there will not be any sitting around to tempt me.

    Good morning everyone! I have had a great first few days of P3... oh how I am loving real flavor. My taste-buds are in heaven!
    Is anyone else having bathroom issues though? I haven't gone to the bathroom scene I started eating P3. Ug, I think I'm going to have to use Mag. Citrate which I hate... although I hate this food rock in my stomach more. I think my body is just hanging onto anything it can after eating such low calorie in P2. If anyone has any other great remedies, I'd love to hear them!

    Weighed in at 164.6 this morning. Started P3 with sausage and an egg (egg fried in butter) and I am already at 530 calories, YIKES! HAHA, I am already freaking out that I can put my hands on butter and not worry about the oil and grease seeping into my skin. No more HCG! It almost feels like coming back into reality. Such a strange feeling. So thankful for the yummy food. Hopefully tomorrows weigh in will be successful. Wishing all of my HCG friends “LUCK” on their P3 food adventures.

    I have been using “ULTRA SKINNY TEA” from Whole Foods Market. It is in a green box. After a day or two or drinking it, things get moving right away for me. Be sure to drink in the morning, and be ready to run to the bathroom between 2:00pm - 5:00pm (depending on your body). Check it out. Helps move things right along and out of the pipes.

    browniepts - that's awesome that you work at a restaurant and have been able to avoid eating there. I'm not sure I could do that! And that you made your hubby a cake. I live myself, so there is no food around that I can't eat.

    anislandgirl - My stomach feels the same. I take Calm, it's a Magnesium supplement. If I take too much I'm miserable, but a teaspoon twice as day is perfect. I take it for its health benefits, not for the digestive ones, but it's nice to have the extra help in that department also. Yesterday was my first big meal day (2nd day of p3) and my stomach is bothering me. I've added fruits, veggies, higher fat meat, and nuts. It's not the nuts since I added those the first day and was fine. I think it was the volume of food and the spices in my foods. I had a panang curry for lunch and a bunch of jalapenos with my dinner.


    I'm somewhere b/t 185 and 185.5 this morning...which is lower than my LIW, but a bit above my first day of P3. I think my LIW is a bit off since my weight the day before and the day after was lower, but I'm keeping is since I never want to do a steak day! Hopefully, that will give me enough of a buffer.
