    steak day on P4?

Do I do a steak day in P4? I'm up 4 lbs from LIW. This has been since Monday and I've been trying to eat P3 but with little luck.

If you can, do a steak day. They usually work pretty well.

Oh...ok. I know that steak days are most effective the day of. However, I have dinner plans tomorrow! That's what it so frustrating about this. What if the 2 lbs don't come off on one steak day? Do I do steak days everyday until it's off?

My preference, I would not do continuous steak days back to back. What works for me, either before or after a steak day, or in lieu of a steak day, is a high protein day. Every 3 hours eat lean protein & some veggie & a cup of water. No fruit, no starch, no sugar. That works almost the same as a steak day, for me.
