Tom gain? Idk I need help :/

So since the 17th of march my weight has been lingering around 142.00 it started 3/17 at 142.8
3/18 142.6, 3/19 142.2, 3/20 142.4,3/21 142.0 and today 3/22 142.6!! That's up .6 overnight no cheating.. I'm starting TOM maybe that has something to do with it? I need some help from all you folks that have gone thru Tom weight gain. Is this normal? I've read a few older posts and heard some of the same things. But the whole week before? And now I have week of Tom, am I going to lose at all this week? Does this lead up to a big weight loss after Tom?? ( crossing fingers) any help would be great. Thanks I'm feeling so discouraged and of course I feel like pigging out :/ oh! And I still take my injections right?? Just wanna be sure. Thank you all I couldn't have made it this far without you <3

    Hi Vicktoria,
I am going through the same thing right now. Over the past 3 days I have gained 2.8# (+0.9, +0.9, and +1). I have not cheated at all either. I started today so I am really hoping that I see some good losses next week. It used to be advised that women stop their injections during this time but that is no longer recommended from what I understand. Good luck to you and please resist the temptation to pig out, it's just not worth it and you'd be so disappointed if you did after all the hard work you've done!!

Thank you!! The small weight gains are so discouraging:/ I'm trying to look past it but it's sooo hard lol.. It's been a bumpy week and I'm afraid it's gonna get worse!! Good luck to you hopefully the weight falls off when Tom leaves that is my hope! Lol

    Hi everyone!
I'm new to this diet and started on 3/18 @ 150.8lbs. I only loaded for a day because I couldn't stand to see anymore weight gain and wanted to get started. So... By day 6 I had lost a total of 7.3lbs and was on cloud nine that morning when I woke up! In the evening I started to feel awful and with ridiculous cravings and noticed I started TOM (4 days early btw). For some stupid reason I gave into my salt cravings and ate a bunch of chex mix. Weighed myself this morning and had a 1.9lb gain! So disappointed in myself...

I want to get back on track today. I'm holding a ton of water and feel yuck. Help!
