    Question Vitamins/minerals in P3?

    Hi,

    Ive read a few entries about taking vitamin c, magnesium, etc. I went to walgreens to find some vitamin C and all of them had Carbs & sugar, mainly--3-6carbs with smaller sugar amount. Are these acceptable in P3 week 3, especially after a chicken thigh correction day? I dont want anything to disrupt my correction process.

    You want Vitamin C capsules. They don't have sugar. They shouldn't have other fillers either. You can also buy pure vitamin C powder that you can mix into a drink.
