    VLCD P2 #26 and my first cheat!!!

    So i have been doing good! i am on day 26 i have lost 21 lbs and today i cheated and for lunch i had chicken with vegatables but for dinner i had a slice of pizza and a little salad!! ahh i cant believe i went this long without cheating! any advice?

    Don't beat yourself up about it. It's already done. You made it longer than I did before I cheated. I made it to day 13 and had 3 tortilla chips LOL My suggestion is to not say screw it and binge but to just pick up where you left off. From my understanding cheats really only set you back 3 days so carry on with your bad self! You are rockin' this don't stop now!!!
