How exciting! Have you read Dr. Simeon's Original Manuscript? It has a list of hcg approved foods and how much you can eat of those. Very helpful! There are also a list of recipes below that should help. Be warned though, not all the recipes are original protocol but other types of hcg programs. If you are doing the original protocol, then stick to those recipes that just have the ingredients on the approved food list. Hope that helps. Good luck! You also might want to hop over to one of the below threads for additional support.

    I have 1 egg + 2-3 whites, scrambled in a non-stick pan.

Usually, I have tea or hot lemon water for breakfast in P2. Sometimes I eat half my apple from lunch if I'm feeling that I have low blood sugar. I have my two allowed meals at lunch and dinner rather than eating one of them at breakfast like gz9gjg does.

Many of my favorite recipes for P2, especially the beef or chicken chili and the chicken marinades, are here: http://phasestoforever.blogspot.com
