Hi everyone! long time creeper to these forums, but finally excited to actively participate.
I have been doing HCG annually for the last 6 years. I am 36 years old and have recently discovered I have low progesterone levels that have made my weight loss very difficult to do on my own. HCG is really the only thing that works and gets me back on track.
I am starting a 23 day cycle this week (hopefully by Thursday) and hope to lose 10-15 lbs. Historically, I was always around 130lbs (I am 5'7) but my weight has crept up over the last year and a half (I am at 145 now - never been this weight before), despite HCG. I usually get tripped up in P4, where I tend to slip back into old eating habits.
Anyhow - I am determined to follow the protocol to a T and stay strict in P4. I would love to know if anyone else is starting this month so I can follow along your journey as well.
