Yes im one too but what someone said to me makes lotta sense about this its not just a diet its a whole lifestyle change. maintaining 21 days used to be the optimum by atw Simeons protocol but i think you cand do maintanice for like a week .. im reading and constantly resaerching on this and it is important to do homework with it ..but as far as i know will definatley throw up a post on it in a few weeks on what i plan to do .. its all about trial and error .. but dont focus on your failures and hangups foucus on the time where u did have the loss of th30lbs and how great tou felt and turn that into the incentive , much respect L.R

Very similar boat. Whenever things go south in my dating life I just cannot deal. I ended my round at 135 two years ago so now I'm starting my loading at 145. I need to lose the weight... none of my clothes are fitting.

Im back. In March 2012 I went from 178 to 152. I did 40 day round. I averaged about 0.75 or so lbs a day. I maintained my weight for about 2 years Around the summer of last year I was fluctuating between 155-160. Then my breakup came and I just kept gaining weight.

I am now starting at 181 and am on Day 2 of PS2. I have lost 1.4lbs so far. My goal is to lose 40lbs and I plan to do a 42 - 60 day run depending on how well the 1st 42 days go. I've tried weight watchers, Nutrisystem, diet( 1200 calories) and exercise and nothing seems to work for me except HCG diet plan.

Im a off plan type of HCGer. I normally eat 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 egg white for breakfast. 1/2 apple for snack if I get hungry in between breakfast and lunch. Then I eat some lunch meat ( normally chicken or turkey < is 2 weight watchers points for 3oz > ) with salad and a TBSP of vinaigrette. Then for dinner I eat either 3oz of chicken break or white fish with a cup of spinach. Average between 450 - 550 calories a day.

I am trying not to drink any alcohol, but I am a daily drinker. So I'm going to try my best. The weekends will be hardest.

Oh my ticker is from the 1st time I did a round. Im not sure how to update it again. I'll have to figure it out.
    Round 1: -24.2
    LD2 Gain: +7.6
    Round 2: -12.4 & counting!!! 25 days left!!

I just found my way to this forum, and just ordered 2 vials of 5000. I hope they don't take forever to get here! I did hcg in 2006 and lost 62 lbs. I kept it off for years until I hurt my knee badly and changed to a desk job. Yikes! I also turned 52 this year, and BAM 8 lbs hit me over the last 6 months since my daughter moved back in. I am now 22 pounds higher than I was 3 years ago. I tried every other thing in the world, giving everything a month (keto, paleo, whole30 which did work to lose 5 lbs but it came back). When I did hcg the first time, the only forum was a yahoogroup, and I know a lot has changed since then. I was SO GLAD to find this place! Doing this post-menopause is going to be a different ride, but my oldest the vegan is moving out in another week to her first apartment so I will be able to completely scour this house of the bad foods. Right now it is crammed full of it! I am optimistic though I have to remember - what DID I eat? I did continuous rounds back then. I am hoping though I will only need one 40 day round.

    Hello all,

I am sadly back again after being successful in 2011. The weight stayed off until a very stressful and sad year. I have had 3 miscarriages in the past year and have decided to take control back in my life - starting with this weight! I am now a few lbs. heavier when I started in 2011. Errrr! I am happy to be back on the forum and know this will help me again gain focus and balance in my body. I started loading today. So, I am on Day 1 of hcg.

Best of luck to everyone! We did it once and we will do it again!
I can't wait to feel like myself again!

Yep - same boat as you. Went from 180 to 142 and now back up to 176. I have tried numerous rounds but end up falling off the wagon. I was successful the first time I did HCG and stuck to the program, but it's been a struggle for me now trying to do a rounds. I recently started another round and so far so good. No cheats! I'm doing daily self hypnosis with this round to keep me focused and strong. So far so good, although I'm only in my first week. Anyhow, just wanted you to know you are not alone.

Hi..I did hCG in 2011. During that time, my husband was in hepatic failure. I did really good in my weight loss. Somehow, when he got his transplant, I let go of everything and gained back.
I am doing P1 on Sept 18 & 19 and am looking to have success and keep successful.
Good luck to you. I am doing the pellets

Thats me. Lost 25 pounds in 2012. Gained 50. Lost my way. Now at 59, I am beginning again. For some reason, pushing 60 has me motivated to finally win this war. I am giving myself permission to be my best self. I learned alot about myself on the first go round. I expected too much from the process. Now I am entering into this with the focus not on weight but fat loss, which is what I want for myself. The mistake I made on P3 was not exercising and introducing carbs, breads, pasta. It was a short hop to sugar and then its all downhill.

Yes I'm in the same boat! I have tried two rounds of HCG injections from my doctor . I lost quickly but could never stick it out the whole 30 days. I just felt so deprived! I was not hungry it was just a mental thing for me. I went back to bad eating habits and gained it all back both times. 😟 I have just ordered HCG again. Let's hope 3rd times a charm!
