Getting sick from loading P1 D1

I was doing really well loading, then I started feeling naseous and I threw up. I know its because of loading.,., haven't felt like eating since 4pm. What do I do? Is this going to ruin my loading day?

Just eat again when you feel you can. Missing a few hours of eating during the course of the load is not a big deal.

If you can figure out why you threw up (usually too much fat at once or too much volume at once) make an adjustment.

I've had loads where I didn't eat enough during the load. What happens is that you have a few days of some hunger when you start the low calorie phase. It is not fun, but you can get through it.

There is no reason to absolutely stuff yourself until you're sick. Pounds and Inches just mentions eating fattening food to capacity. That just means until you're normally full not to the point of vomiting. Just be more reasonable with it. He mentions things like fried meat and ice cream.

    Cool Thanks you guys!!

I implemented both of your advice yesterday and I did feel much better loading day #2! I ended up eating again at 10 pm the first day, and the second day (yesterday) I did what both of you said! Now I have a bunch of left over fat bombs, sausage and bacon that I cannot even look at.... But I finished off my 2nd load day with chicken thighs, a big portion of mousse and treated myself to the last ****tail that I will have till I am finished with my round.

I woke up this morning and I lost .2 lbs since yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised! I didn't get to weigh myself before I began loading because when I stepped on the scale for the first time in over a year, I realized that my battery was dead. So I have no idea how much I weighed before the load, but at least I got to weigh the second day. However, I did weigh about 13 lbs less than I thought I would have weighed so I am pleased with that as well!

Thanks again! I don't know what I would do without you guys to guide me through all of this!

Good to hear your second day was better than the first.

I've had a couple rounds where I actually lost some during loading. Its really not super unusual, but so nice when it happens!

That's awesome and how great you're starting so much lower than you thought you were!
