I think there are a lot of misconceptions about loading. What loading does is make sure your HCG has something to work on while it is ramping up to full strength at the 3 day mark, and until your own fat stores are mobilized.

So to do that, you need a good amount of fats and some protein. Carbs are ok, but not really necessary. You don't need to stuff yourself, just eat something with fat in it everytime you have some room in those 2 loading days. Loading is a good time to get in a treat or two that you don't normally allow yourself, but if you go all out and eat junk the whole time, you''ll likely have a big load gain to lose before the actual net losses kick in. A normal load gain is 1-3 pounds, which can be gone after the first day of the very low calorie phase. I've seen reports of people who binged out or ate foods inflammatory to them and gained as much as 15 pounds on their load. A big load gain effectively cancels out your first week losses, which are generally the best you are going to do for the whole round.

I like to load mostly on good fats like avocado, nuts (macadamias are great), nut butters, coconut oil, butter for instance. I make a low-carb cheesecake that I eat for breakfast, choose from meats like ribs, bacon, skin-on chicken. I don't bother to include vegetables or fruit unless its fried or in a pie. I generally will use HagenDaze coffee icecream as my treat food, or have a diner meal like sliders and sweet potato fries. It's good for the soul to enjoy your load, but don't eat so much you make yourself sick.
