Can I load and start drops when I'm about to start period?

    Hi hcg group!

I'm new here but not new to hcg. I am doing the triumph drops and this is my first time doing drops w/ the actual hormone in it. I got the triumph 23 day kit in the mail today but am on day 28 of my cycle so will be starting any day now. I thought maybe it would be ok since I'm going to be loading for the first 2 days? Am wondering if I can start now or should wait a couple days.

I hope you got an answer first. Yes, it's best to wait about three days after you start your cycle before starting hCG. It could be five days, but I forget.

Since your post is old now, what happened?

When you're in you 50s, like I am, calculating when one's period is coming is a crap shoot at best. Pick a date when your round isn't going to be too screwed up with other commitments, obligations, distractions, and temptations. If your period comes, at an inconvenient time, it's better than waiting around not knowing when to start.
Started my HCG journey on March 16, 2011

Just for the record, no part of this journey is for the weak.
