    I did a great thing myself yesterday. I was really nervous about going to this going away party so I didnt eat all day, I drank water and didnt eat til i got to the party around 6pm. And I'm so glad i did that!!!!
    Today, I havent been hungry not once, and i havent had a single craving! I feel like i helped myself to not get hungry all day by going all day just once without eating until later. So I still havent eaten yet today and its 4:30 already, I know i should have eaten lunch earlier but i really just am not hungry. I'm only eating dinner today cuz i've been busy all day, and I still need to do my exercise. But hopefully this keeps up and i have to force myself to eat twice tomorrow. I can totally handle this diet if i can train myself not to be hungry! And i'm not lethargic either, i've been drinking lots of water still too. So I'm glad i used some will power yesterday. And its funny, the less I eat, the less hungry I am. So maybe I'll see something pretty nice on mr. scale tomorrow, so i can beat these stinking 170s!

    Gabriella and SoloStar,

    You guys are doing great! I have been posting in the end of June thread and will continue there, but wanted to stop in and encourage you. Gabriella, thank you for friending me -- I said yes, and hope that I pressed the right button.

    Today is my VLCD 11 and I am 194.4! I can taste those 180s. Actually that's not a good metaphor, is it?

    This round is much easier than the round before partly because it's summer. I don't have to worry about the kids' grades and the weather is nice. I have been exercising and I think that accounts for my pound a day weight loss.

    My goal is 170 (I"m 5' 7").

    Gabriella, your baby sounds adorable and you must feel very proud.

    Ok that's so weird you're not feeling hungry either. This is day 9 for me and I've barely cheated at all. Just those two days and it wasn't hardly anything. I haven't eaten today, and yesterday I had to force myself to eat a steak I took along with me. I believe it was after 4 when I realized I hadn't eaten yet. Then on my way home at 10:30pm, I forced myself to eat an apple. It's so weird how my life isn't always thinking about my next meal/dessert anymore. I hope this keeps up. It's sure easy to lose this way. I can totally tell all over my body now that the weight is melting off. Not sure if the fact that I'm not nursing anymore helps or what, but I've been sticking with the plan and it's going better than ever before!

    I'm at 202 today and 16 lost! Maybe tomorrow will be that day I dip below 200 for the first time in almost a year! I'm so excited! Everything is so much better and I'm starting to see abs again!!! So cool! Only 47 to go and my BMI is down over 2 points already! Woohoo!

    It's 2:30 and I still haven't eaten today. Not hungry, but feeling faint after I squat down, so it's time to eat.

    Great job at the party!!! You rock! You're going to hit your goal in no time!
