Sure! Many take 100 and some need to go all the way down to 80. I'd drop your dose to 100.
I'm on day 23 of VLCD and have been taking 125 all along. Last week I started feeling unusually hungry so I skipped a day. I felt way better on that day. Is taking less than 125iu allowed or is it the minimum to lose fat/ weight?

hello,
i apologize in advance if i am not posting correctly...I have done 4 rounds of Rx HCG. Last round and this round I always want to eat eat. Normally in rounds 1-3 on HCG even the thought of preparing food was hard cuz I just didn't want to eat....I only ate to follow protocol and usually 1 meal under 500 cal. daily. Last round and right now I am taking Corion 5000 HCG for injection mixed with 10cc bacteriostatic water and daily dose is .25cc. Based on all my reading I might need to lower dose to reduce hunger but i have usually done well at this dose....also how much lower? Any thoughts? Is it normal to feel hunger after many rounds? Your advice would be so appreciated and if there is a way to correct these hunger issues before turkey day that would be huge getting through without cheating!
Thx in advance! RMC1989
You usually need less with subsequent rounds. Skip your next injection (if you've taken more than 4 shots) and then lower to 100. you can go as low as 80.
