3eggs in the morning bacon, cheese. lunch chicken alfredo, almonds, had some avocado with bacon and salt now i'm thinking of pizza at night. uggghh

Hello All,
It's VCLD 4 and so far things have been smooth. I've finally lost the loading weight and I am down almost a pound from my LWI. I worked out Monday and Wednesday and felt fine, I had extra protien on those two days. I skipped a fruit and the toast those days just to keep the calories in check.
How is everyone else doing? Any good tips for making it through a weekend filled with food?

Day 5 and all is well. my trip went well and I think I stuck pretty darned close to protocol in spite of a j6 course lunch today!! We'll see if my weight went down at all.
I am still skipping the breadsticks and so far holding a 6.2 loss

This has been so awesome, dropping pounds, not the cravings, those are a B^!#h. I havent been hungry, its just when i see my bf snacking on a choco chewy bar, ugh i wanna kill emmm!!!
Though 10lbs is still awesome!!!! Ive been eating on protocol, and havent had a slip up. I only eat fish, ground beef, vegetables, and fruit. I have yet to incorporate chicken in. I dont use anything that has salt in it. I havent had eggs or melba toast or stuff i think ill stall on. I marinate some of my vegetables in apple cider vinegar, and it keeps the cravings at bay. I think its contributing to my losses every morning. I also space out my snacks and meal times, and always have two cups of green tea, one in the morning and one before going to bed. Its been hard, but i made a commitment, plus the pounds are just dropping. I heard of people stalling a week after they start, hopefully i wont and the weightloss will just slow down. Anyway hope everyone is well.
