    Starting Phase 1-Colon Cleanse

Has anyone here read Kevin Trudeau's Weight Loss Cure book? Since I plan on following phase 1 as KT states in his book. In his phase he recommends to do a colon, heavy metal, candida, cleanse. Is it true that it's not a good idea to do all of the cleanses simultaneously? Due to having a busy schedule since I work 5 days a week full time, and being tight on money, I thought that it wouldn't be convenient to do colonics during phase 1 since I'll be eating foods that I'm not supposed to during colonics(i.e starchy foods, meat, poultry). I don't know if I should do a colon cleanse during phase 1. My concern is that when I get to phase 2 I'll be dealing with hunger, and cravings on the 500 calorie diet.

Hardly anyone ever does the Trudeau phase 1 cleanses. Its just not necessary. Most people start with the 2 loading days, and then launch into Phase 2 from there.

The P2 part of The HCG diet (Low calorie phase) is a cleanse of sorts and is basically an elimination diet. Over the course of the round, your body will be dumping toxins and doing a general house-cleaning. You can do colonics during phase 2 if you like.

Don't worry about hunger. If you load properly (eating lots of fats during the 2 day load), and are on the right HCG dose, you won't be hungry.

We do have a forum dedicated to Trudeau's plan: https://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums/f10/

You may be able to get some discussion going from people that have done that part of his program.

On my last round, I had a colonic on VLCD7. It really helped to purge all that bad loading food from the week before that was still hanging around in my GUT. I found that it was good for me since it didn't slow my loss the next day at all, and I had a BM almost daily for the rest of the round so I didn't suffer from the usual constipation issues.

So what your saying is that on your last hCG injection you had colonics? What's VLCD7?

What this means is that during my last HCG round, I had a colonic about a week after starting Phase 2 which was on Very Low Calorie Day Number 7. The total round was about 38-40 days.
