    Vegetarian not vegan

Hi I m vegetarian not a vegan. I have taken my first dose of hcg in the morning. Ate some cookies and then had nachos with full fat jalapeño yoghurt . Now planning to eat Indian Sago racipe with potatoes and chillies.

My question: Is there any tried and tested vegetarian plan that I can use rather than the trial and error method.

Do you eat nuts? If so the best for loading are macadamia nuts (ate 1 lb. of them in one day on my last round during loading), Cashews, Pecans Brazil Nuts, and Peanuts - if you have no allergies. To get the biggest amount of fat, I would grind them into nut butters which I find I can eat more of than the amount of nuts it would take to eat by hand if they weren't ground into butter. If you eat any or all of these, you'll definitely have plenty of fat stores and should not be hungry those first few days.
