    Accidental Cheat

    Hi. Help

So i have been having instances of accidental cheating. Like getting a spice that was supposed to be garlic and pepper but ended up also having sugar in it. Today I had cod (I eat beef and cod everyday). I purchased it from wholefoods like I normally do but noticed this time it had the skin on it which I asked to have removed. After I cooked it I noticed that the texture was different but I owed it to it possiblity being fresher than normal (the others always have a slight ammonia odor no matter where I buy it) and when I ate it I noted that it almost tasted buttery. When I looked at the wrapper it sad black cod which turns out is sable fish and SUPER fatty. UGH this round. Is there anything I can do (after I throw the rest away) to have a more minimal issue. I am so worried about stabilization. I'm on injection 28. Should I do a planned interrruption or something? Help

The best thing to do is to continue on plan. I don't think any kind of mitigation strategy would make any difference.

A planned interruption takes a 72 hour wind down as you get of HCG, and then you have to stay on the interruption for a minimum of 4 days or a maximum of 2 weeks before continuing. You can do that if you wish, but I don't think it will impact your cheat in any way.

My recent HCG round was with DietDoc. Our site owner has generously arranged for me to earn a small fee if you use my DietDoc or Nu Image Medical link to order your Hcg and supplies. Thanks leez. How much do you think this might affect stablization? Is just staying on plan the only solution? It makes sense but it's so close to end. I messed up the end of my last round because of a hidden sugar situation. I did most of the round perfectly and then did a PI and stabilized like a rock only to come back and drink these teas from a teashop that they kept telling me had no sugar in it when they were actually putting syrup in it saying it wasn't "added sugar". When I finished the diet, I couldn't stabilize at all and was hungry ALLLLLLL the time (during the PI I was never hungry). that's why I thought maybe giving my body a short break to get the crap out of my system and then finish might be a good plan?
