    Welcome to all the new joiners! We have an EXCELLENT group here and are all about adding more people that are positive and encouraging! We have had some AMAZING losses so far! I had another .8 loss this morning, bringing me to 10.8 pounds in 6 days :-) I feel like I would have had a bigger loss today, but I had to go to a baby shower yesterday and improvised! I had some smoked chicken (I was told they were seasoned very lightly), a few strawberries, and a couple pieces of broccoli (yes I know they aren't POP, but there weren't any other veggies but beans and carrots). I also know I didn't get even close to all of my water in! So hopefully, I will have a big loss tomorrow! I'm just not ready for my losses to slow down this early! I do feel extremely encouraged that I've already made it through one week of this! Just a couple more to go! I know we can do this!!

    Hey everyone. Crappy week last week with a 3 days stall. But I beat that and ended up having a weekly total of 3 lbs lost. I hate week 2. So a total of 10 lbs lost for me in 2 weeks. I am right on target with my last round(the first round I lost 9.8 after 2 weeks). This time I am doing an 800 calorie protocol, although I'm really eating anywhere between 550-650/day.

    I lost 1.0 so I'm at 201.4. I'm on day 5 and lost 8.8 total. I expected a little more but I'm still happy with it. The past few days I've had one serving of fat free cottage cheese as my protein and I'm thinking that has affected my losses. Today no cottage cheese and I'll see what happens.

    I'm also planning on exercising more. I've been taking it easy since I started, but I want to introduce some walking.

    I had a post but it disappeared before I could send. I would like to join the group at the invitation of Niane - thank you! I hope to receive and give as much encouragement as is needed. We all could use it. I just want to get these last 40lbs off so I can finish enjoying life. I was so good then I got carried away during the months of January - April and put back on 10-12lbs...not good. So my beloved size 12 are tight and back to 14 which was getting tight - so I had to knock it off and get back on the good foot. I thought I changed my ways but obviously I did not - I returned back to junk food with no regard to carbs - not good. I followed no P3 or P4 rules...shameful. But enough beating myself up...that my past..I am here now to correct my bad ways and clean it up. I have this fantastic red satin dress from DressBarn in a size 10 (it was $13.00 - how could I not!!)- when I last tried it on in late March it was snug - I was able to zip and surely me dropping 10-15lbs more the dress would look wonderful, however, now..uggh...I am afraid to try on but will because my goal date for this dress is 7/21 and that is more than enough time for me to get it done. I will keep you posted. Thus this round is dedicated to the "Red Dress".

    I hope to get to know all of you so I can give encouragement and cheer and receive the same. Happy Releases to you all!!

    Wanderer, that sounds like a heavenly vacation! That's so nice that you'll have a place with a kitchen. I'm going to have very little control over my food choices (at the mercy of others) in p4, so I'm hoping it doesn't totally un-do what I've done this round.

    {{{Niane}}} I wonder if stress is to blame for your zero? Hopefully you can find your dosage sweet spot and go gangbusters!

    Today is the end of week two for me. Ugh. Total down for the week... -2.4lbs. *sigh* Total for p2 so far, -10.2. Not where I wanted to be, but there's still time left.

    (It's definitely Monday, isn't it, lol?)

    Welcome newcomers!! I've been lax over the weekend and haven't logged on to comment. But I went picking wild mushrooms all weekend up in the mountains and ate extra protein because I was hiking the entire time--about 4-6 hours each day at least. So, I'm up about .8 but it was worth it to relax and just enjoy the weekend. I'm back at it today--I'm thinking of this round in days of 10 so I have until Wednesday to finish my 10 days. I'm going to take measurements and weight etc etc. Hopefully I get a big lose, I'm wanting to get as close to 140 as possible (currently at 143 exactly) by day 10. I'm thinking with 30 days left I could hopefully get down to 130?! FINGERS CROSSED! The biggest problem I am having lately is I'm STARVING! I've lowered my dose as best I can--it's so hard with pellets. They're already so tiny! I cut it back to a 1/2 a pellet one day then 1/4 of a pellet the last two days...and I'm still starving I'm not sure what to do.. But one day at a time...I have to just take every day one day at a time. I'm such a binge eater and so my emotional eating is coming out with this round like mad...so depressing--it's funny because I don't think anyone close to me would ever guess I have an eating disorder and I have it baddddd. It effects all sorts of people...

    Well, I'm so proud of everyons loses!! Keep up the great work!!!

    Hi all,

    It's hard to keep up with all the new posts on this thread!
    I'm still plugging away. I'm on day 17, and am having reasonable and consistent losses. I find that I do best if I have a 1/2 grapefruit at around 11:30, then lunch at around 1:00, an apple at 3:30, and supper between 5:30 and 6:30. I'm having better losses than I did in round 1, so that's a bit of a surprise. I may be able to lose more than my 17 lb. goal at this rate. I set that as my goal because it was what I lost on my first round. I'm excited that I'll be in the 130's in a day or two. It's been a while!

    I think the toughest part for me is that it doesn't take much to make me cranky. My youngest daughter learns from home (online), and is a talkative 12 year old girl. I feel a bit less able to interact in a friendly way, almost like my nerves are just a bit too close to the surface. I'm craving alone time. She's been pretty good about it, and is trying to respect my new boundaries .

    We're having amazing weather right now, so I'm trying to get out for a walk every day or two.

    Hang in there. It's only 6 weeks max. Most of us can do it if we know there's a break coming at some point!

    Awesome! I never in a million years would have thought that it would taste good. I'm not a big celery fan,but I figured it couldn't hurt to try. Now...if I can only find a way to eat grapefruit!!!!!

    Did you start VLCD on the 22nd? If so we are on the same day and I am down 10 lbs. Week 2 always stinks!

    I would love to join this group I am starting on Thursday vlcd I'm going to do a 20 day because a 40 day has always been torture to me so I will do a 20 day take a couple days off and then go back for another 20!!

    New To Forum!

    Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum, first post ever! This is my second attempt at HCG. I did a 21 day round last year before I went on a trip and I went from 133 to 119. I was really happy with myself but to be honest I never did P3 (BAD BAD) I went on my vacation and ate whatever. Last June I moved in with my fiance and he has been a REALLY bad influence on me, we ate out all the time and he pretty much lives on pizza, baked goods, ice cream and candy. He is one of those lucky people who can eat like that every day and still looks like he goes to the gym, he never gains weight. I on the other hand did not fair well in that environment the scale lead me all the way up to 146 more then I have ever weighed ever! I am 5'0 so any weight looks like a lot on me and up until 4 years ago I never weighed over 105 in my life but I went on a different BC and my weight went crazy, i gained 30 lbs in 3 months. Anyway I am getting married next year and I want to look amazing in my wedding dress so I am ready to do the whole HCG thing right this time. I am doing 40 days and will stick to the P3 and P4 phases as well. My goal is to make it to 115 which would be 31lbs total, I know it probably wont happen but I am praying it will. I am on day 8 of P2. So far I have lost 8lbs.
