    Looks like you guys are doing great - Michelle, gains happen and we've all been there. Don't stay away girlie! Let us support you! That's why we're here!

    Speaking of support....
    I had weighed in on Tuesday at 130.0, but today's weigh in was not so great. I am UP to 131.4! I haven't slept much for the past 2 days, so I'm hoping that is the reason. I'll catch up this weekend with sleep, and hopefully see a drop (praying). Wednesday is day 40 for me, and I REALLY hope I can at least get into the 120's before time to move to P3. Crossing my fingers!

    Working at the moment (well, supposed to be) so making this short and sweet. Hope you guys have a fantastic weekend!

    Hi everyone, I'm new here and I've been trying to navigate the website. I'm doing R6 P2 VLCD 15. I'm stuck at one weight for 5 days now and doing strict P&I so I don't know how to break this plateau. Can anyone give me some advice or pearls of wisdom gleaned from your experience? Hunger has not been an issue for me - just stuck.

    It's possible that you're in a normal stall. By day 15, if you haven't already had one, I'd say that's what is going on. Have you measured? You may be losing inches now, as your body is "catching up" a bit with what you have already lost. From the looks of your ticker, you're doing fantastic by losing 13 lbs already - with a 5 day stall that means you lost 13 lbs in 10 days? Count yourself lucky. Stick to P&I - you have done enough rounds to know that the HCG definitely works. If you aren't hungry, this will pass and you'll start seeing losses again REALLY soon.

    I can suggest this:
    If you are eating the grissini/melba, drop them.
    If you eat 2 fruits, consider dropping one, or eating lower sugar ones. Grapefruit and strawberries can be better than apples for some, if you're eating those.

    Thank you JenH1. That helps my morale. I did notice a 1/2 lb gain after eating an orange the previous day, so I am sticking to grapefruits and strawberries. One thing I have learned about my physiology is that my body cannot seem to tolerate ANY sugar; that includes fruit sugar. As a matter of fact, eating too much fruit after my last round is what caused my regain of 30 lbs. I have been so disappointed. It seems that I could never get off of P 3 because any starch, grain or non P2 fruits cause me to gain in an accelerated fashion. I have decided that I must have metabolic syndrome or be pre diabetic.. Any way, it is what is is. Thanks for the tips! (Oh, and I can't have the breads-gluten intolerance.)

    Hello All!
    So my last day of HCG was Friday, which was day 47 of the VLCD for me, and I get to start Phase 3 on Tuesday. My weight is down to about 148, though I cheated and had a cookie today so that will likely be changing. I'm really hoping I can successfully complete Phase 3, and then start adding in sugars/carbs, etc. in Phase Four and then switch over to Weight Watchers. I'm nervous about being hungry and gaining weight back once all the HCG is out of my system. I need to start exercising too once I'm taking in more calories. I ultimately want to lose about another 10 pounds through Weight Watchers. There's just no way I can live my life without some grains, rice and carbs!

    Load March 23 and 24
    Pre-Load weight: 171.4
    Post-load weight: 173.8
    VLCD Day 49: 148
    Goal Weight: 140

Hopefully I won't have to do a steak day because there's no way I couldn't eat all day until dinner. I'd pass out!

    Thanks! I can imagine that sleep did it to you! I hope you see the 120s on Wednesday, I can imagine how great that will feel!

    You did a great job in P2 and I am sure you will do the same in P3! I was also hoping to get to 145 by Wednesday, but with a stall (I NEVER have stalls!) and Mother's Day yesterday, not sure that is going to happen, but maybe 148 will be the number!

    AFM - I don't know what is going on, as mentioned above, I had a second stall late last week (the first one I can explain - unexpected TOM and lack of meds) but this one was a little more disappointing. Tomorrow is my last pellet day (I will record my LDW on Wednesday)! However, I believe I am going to use this as a PI and start back up next week for a final 9 days (that's all the pellets I have left, but I might be able to stretch those out a couple more days). Figure I can lose the 3-4 I will gain over this coming weekend (remember, I'm out of town and celebrating) plus six, taking me down to approximately 143. That would make me a lot more comfortable.

    I hope all the mom's out there had a wonderful day and were spoiled rotten!

    Michelle - you are doing great. And remember the closer you get to the goal weight, the more weight loss slows down. Have a great time on your vacation weekend.

    How is everybody else doing? It seems we have lost some people

    I am slowing down a bit in my loss, but I am also having issues with constipation, so the two might be related. I am ok with my weight loss and am going to do 25 to 30 day round (if I am still loosing at 25 days I am going to go to 30 otherwise I will go to P3). I need to do another round anyway so I am really trying to finish this round on a positive note, happy with what I did, and get my coffee back

    Hey everybody! Back to p2 r2 as of today. After a weekend of vacation on the beach, and then a week with company at home, I am pleased that I was so smart to go p3 during all of the craziness. I managed to maintain and consider that a miracle! So, back to business today and I started the day by cleaning out the fridge of any temptations that would make it easy to cheat. I have one month before a romantic beach vacation to Cancun with my husband and I sure would like a slimmer version of myself by then, so wish me well with R2! In a weird way there is something liberating about having fewer choices in eating...I guess there is less to think about

    You're doing great! Did you give up your coffee? Hmmm...I've been drinking it all along and just gave up the cream.
