    Wink Advice please!

Looking for advice. Yesterday was my 34th injection and I have skipped a day each week and today is my skip day. My 3rd injection weight was 245.8 and 34th injection weight 211.4, that is 34.4 lbs loss. I am 5'-5" and large frame according to wrists and muscular build. I was originally thinking I have over 100lbs to lose and could go to 40 injections. Today, I am wondering if I should go ahead and make today part of the 72 hour transition? I never really looked good under 140lbs so what if I'm right at the 100lbs needing to lose or just under? I am not hungry with the HCG but I do have more fatigue as my body has worked very hard these 5 weeks and I do walk at least 10,000 steps a day.

For experienced members, do you think I should go to next Monday which is 40th injection or call it a round as of yesterday? I truly wish to finally reach a healthy weight, I have been and continue to address emotional eating and just want to make the best choice for long term success. Years ago, when I attempted HCG, I missed P2 and seeing the weight drop but don't want that to be a factor now.

Thanks in advance for any input!

Because you had 100 pounds (or more) to lose, you have the OPTION to continue to lose up to 40 pounds in your maximum 40 dose days. If you feel you want to stop the round now, you can. There is no wrong choice here, especially since you have already done more than 30 dose days, which gives you just as good a chance at stabilization in P3 as going the whole 40 days.

If it were me, I would do the whole 40 dose days and get what additional losses you can this first round. If your losses are steady, and you are not experiencing hunger issues, it makes sense to me to continue. Its only a few more days. On your next round, you will not be starting with over 100 pounds to lose so you will not have this opportunity again.

For the fatigue, maybe split up your steps so you are not doing them all at once, or even reduce them if you find that helps you get through to the end. Exercise is not needed for the protocol to work, although it helps mentally and walking is especially good for lymphatic and digestive processes.

Thank you for the reply.. Very helpful... I think I will finish the 40 days. I think I was a bit dehydrated and had some water with a bit of sea salt, potassium, magnesium and feel much better. Makes sense that I won't have this opportunity again. Thanks again for your input.

It sounds like your fatigue was related to a little mineral imbalance. It happens with the low food amount and high water amount. You took the perfect remedy.

As long as you are feeling good and life complications don't get in the way, I think you'll be glad you made that decision. There's something a little mystical and satisfying about completing the 40 dose round. May your losses continue and you finish strong.
