Because you had 100 pounds (or more) to lose, you have the OPTION to continue to lose up to 40 pounds in your maximum 40 dose days. If you feel you want to stop the round now, you can. There is no wrong choice here, especially since you have already done more than 30 dose days, which gives you just as good a chance at stabilization in P3 as going the whole 40 days.
If it were me, I would do the whole 40 dose days and get what additional losses you can this first round. If your losses are steady, and you are not experiencing hunger issues, it makes sense to me to continue. Its only a few more days. On your next round, you will not be starting with over 100 pounds to lose so you will not have this opportunity again.
For the fatigue, maybe split up your steps so you are not doing them all at once, or even reduce them if you find that helps you get through to the end. Exercise is not needed for the
protocol to work, although it helps mentally and walking is especially good for lymphatic and digestive processes.
