Hey Guys,

I have a lot of traveling coming up... Am on day 12 for P2. How do I handle the food on the flight. Am heading to India from US. It's a very long flight and offcourse time zone change. Sorry if this may seem a silly question but has been a huge worry for me...

Also, my feet and hands these days sleep a lot... There is this ticking sensation and just feel weak around mid day (4 to 5pm) - any suggestions for that would be hugely helpful.
