My ankles are swelling. 60 hrs left of phase 2. Advice please

I’ve never posted, but read so very much in these pages. I’m not new to hcg inj/ P&I. I was to inject till day 38 but I stopped today day 30 (LIW) because I have been stuck on a weight for 4 days. Yesterday I went UP .6lbs I know my hcg batch is at the end of its time. My problem is my body is already acting protein deficient and I have 60 hrs of vlc to eat. I don’t want to mess up my losses. (My last batch stabilized great from February. )

When can I do a chicken thigh day to correct this?? I feel 60 hrs is tooo long With the swelling. I figure my batch may have given up a day before I did.

    R2P2 day 30, 60 hrs left, inj.

Stalls of even 10 days are not unusual. If you are not experiencing hunger or weakness, its likely that your HCG is still viable at least up till now. You can check by applying an entire dose to a pregnancy strip. Any positive means you are still ok.

You can increase protein during the 72 hour transition time if you feel you need to to make it through. (Continue to use P2 foods during the transition)

You'll probably find that you drop some during the transition. It would be a bad idea to start off your P3 with a correction day.

I think the best thing to do is to take todays weight as your LIW. It will ease your transition into P3 and you may get enough of a cushion to do well in week 1.

Thank you for the assistance. I gained another .6lbs over night and will continue with vlc until P3.
This is my second time loosing over 70lbs. The first time I had never even heard of P3, and definitely not from my doctor. This was years ago. This time Iím successful at stabilizing the first cycle. Now Iím wanting very much to stabilize this one! Eager to enter P3

P3 is almost more important to do correctly than P2. Getting stable at your new weight is key to keeping your losses. And, it always feels like a great reward, because you can eat amazing things and amounts of them while watching the scale stay at or near your new weight.

Let us know how it is going.
