    Apple Cider Vinegar

Is it bad to have too much ACV? I have 2 Cali kickers a day plus I use the ACV in my cooking and on my salads. Is that bad?

Not if your stomach can handle it. However, you should be diluting the ACV with water and not doing the Cali kicker shots, because the straight ACV can cause a chemical burn in your esophagus.

If you are drinking and ACV drink daily, it is a good idea to use a straw so that you don't erode the enamel on your teeth. At the very least, rinse your mouth after finishing an ACV drink.

According to what I read, drinking a small amount of apple cider vinegar before a meal helps burn fat. Likewise, having an ACV before a high carbohydrate meal improves insulin sensitivity or improves blood sugar level.
