You're not in a stall yet. A stall is more than 4 days of no losses. You have a net loss since 8/31. Apple days are not really helpful. They put more stress on your body, and only get rid of some water that comes right back on again. Even Dr. Simeons says they are only of psychological benefit.
Just keep on the program, it will all work out over the long term.
Do you have fresh lemon (or lime) available? Try drinking a big glass of very warm water with a lemon squeezed into it in the morning. And lots of hot coffee. That will often get things moving.
If you have any magnesium or vitamin C available, take some of that.
