    Need apple day help!!

    Hey everyone,
    I am in my 2nd round and it is horrible....day 29 and I only released 6 pounds!! I have been doing the same foods as the 1st round...so I think I may need to change....changed everything. 1st thing today I am attempting an apple day. However in my excitment I ate an apple for breakfast!! Dang!
    My question is do I continue and just do it from breakfast to breakfast? Why is it important to do it lunch to lunch? Please tell me ur experiences....Pleasssssse.

    My best advice for an apple day is--DON'T. They can be more harmful than helpful. What kind of hcg are you on and what are you eating?

    I am on injections and eat lean cut beef and jenny o lean ground turkey....just like my 1st round, which resulted in a 35 lbs weight loss.

    Turkey isn't on protocol. Even though you had successful losses last round eating the same things, you might do better staying on the Simeons' Protocol foods.
    DISCLAIMER: I mostly follow Dr. Simeons protocol however, I may talk about things that are not advised in his book Pounds and Inches. Those things or items have neutral affect on me personally and do not effect my weight loss in an unfavorable way, however. I will attempt to note when something I mention is "off protocol".

    What dose of injections? Usually weight loss that poor is because the dose is off. And turkey isn't on protocol. Often the first round has better losses than other rounds but not this much difference. You haven't cheated at all? Losses this poor are usually one of two things: wrong dose or eating something that is causing inflammation (can even be something on protocol for this to happen like melba, shrimp or cabbage, 3 common problems.)

    Are you eating any vegetables? Are you eating any fruit? Are you eating any grissini/melba? If so, what type of each and how much? How much turkey and beef are you eating each day? I read over and over again that turkey causes people to stall or gain...I suppose that's why it isn't on protocol.

    I usually eat spinach and romaine lettuce. I have PCOS and was advised to stay clear of the grissini, melba and fruit. My meat serving are 3.5-4 ounces. I was eating JennyO lean ground turkey for lunch and beef for dinner.
    I just gave away the rest of my turkey spinach meatballs!...you all don't have to tell me twice! New menu is talipia and chicken breast....hope the change in food helps...sigh!

    I take 25 units ever morning. Turkey WILL be taken off my menu. I haven't cheat until yesterday out of pure anger! I don't do shrimp....learned that the hard way in round 1.I had nooo idea about cabbage! I had cabbage for a little over a week....dang it!!

    No...I don't know the process. I know it is from a compound pharmacy, my clinic has worked with them for years and they also supplied 1 of my vials in round 1.

    See if you can find out. If it's 250 iu it's too high and that might be your problem.
