    DARN, I was told by someone that Walden Farms were OK. Well, back to boring veges then. HA HA OH well, as I keep reminding myself, I can do anything for 30 days, right? Thanks for the heads up!

    Today P1 VLCD7, down another .4 lbs (total 5.2) whoohoo!

    I could be disappointed I have not had a better loss as some of you are already down 10 lbs. However, Im stoked! I was not perfect on protocol a few small slips until 2 days ago I got it together. I've learned a lot by that. I'm not only losing weight, its massive inches! And most importantly I am learning to cope with my unhealthy relationship with food. Its like stripping down all my barriers. I'm vulernable to deal with my emotions without food. I feel empowered by this. Its the journey not the goal that I appreciate today. Thank you HCG. I've learned a lot about myself and can't image how amazing I am going to feel in the end. I will not only have reached my goal weight but I can see that I will have a healthier attitude with food and my emotions

    Miri... My journey so mirrors yours I lost 73# in 2011- 2012 I think April of 2012 was my lowest weight I have struggled every since to try to keep it of or maintain I now weight about 195 not sure what my ticker will show... I have tried maintenance and gained UI have tried intense BeachBody work out and done heavy weight lifting work out I still gain I have even tried Ideal Protein Diet...I just cant get the scale to go down more that about the 5# of water weight and then the scale just stops.......So I am going to give hCg one more for all its worth try. We go on vacation the end of May and I would love to at least have 10 or MORE # Gone by then ...So here I am ...

    Hi JuliL - which rice cakes do you buy? I discovered I was gluten intolerant after my first round four years ago so was just going to skip the grissini this time, but a rice cake would be a welcome alternative. Thanks!

    So glad to meet you AlaskaLadyei!!! I am happy to find that I am not alone on this journey. It is such a learning and trying experience, isn't it?
    AFM, after that sudden gain on Saturday, the scale is finally moving down again. So far in two weeks I lost 11.2 lb. It is going so sloooow, but it is going down, so I am happy. I think I will do a short round this time and try to stabilize in P3. In past, that was my trouble, so this time I'm hoping to do it right.

    Good evening all. Had my third day with a goose egg I think I found possible culprits (TOM starts soon and I tried some lotion prior that may not have been P2 friendly) but I am really hoping I see something on my scale in the morning. I know I have had great losses so far and can absolutely notice, but you know those stalls are never fun! Keeping my hopes up for a loss tomorrow.

    In addition, I have begun to get a rash on the outside of my thigh, itches like crazy, but when I do hydrocortisone and benadryl it relaxes. I have checked out some other threads that address this so it looks pretty normal. Not sure what is causing it.

    I haven't checked in because I wasn't losing and I was getting discouraged. I was losing inches though, to the point 3 people at work asked me how much weight I'd lost because they thought it was a lot. I'm not really sure how that happens, but I'll take it This is my round so far:

    185.4 - Load Day 1(start weight)
    187.0 - Load Day 2

    184.6 - VLCD 2 (R)

    Another pound bites the dust…. I'm still in shock. I never lose weight this fast on hcg. I know a slow down is coming, it always does, but I'm excited for how well this one has started. I can't wait to see how far it takes me! I'm hoping to goal!

    Kannia- I'm SO glad you checked in! Your losses are really good! We women tend to average about .5lb/day loss. You are ahead of the curve with what you've lost so far. And even if it feels like you weren't losing, you had one day where you didn't and the rest have been losses! A loss is a loss! Hang in there girl! And if you are adding anything into your diet that is off protocol, stop and see what happens. If not, keep plugging away, you're doing GREAT!

    Hey guys! Y'all are doing awesome! Doing pretty well this round surprisingly. I haven't cheated AT ALL, I've been sticking to protocol exactly and I'm on Day 14, and my weight this morning was 213.2. I started at 224.8 last Monday so I'm sailing right along. I was at 213.4 yesterday so I only dropped .2 pounds today but I'll take it

    I'm really hoping I can make it below 200 this round, and I have about 26 more days left of injections so I'm hoping 13 more pounds will fall off HOPEFULLY.
