    Just checking in. Everybody seems to be doing alright. Great!! I'd like to confess my only cheat. Skinless boneless thighs instead of breasts. It doesn't seem to be hurting me though. Halfway through week 2 VLCD. 11lbs. for week 1. Yay!!

    We are on our way to our ocean cabin where food and drink is always plentiful. This will be a big test of will power.

    Hello All
    I started my loading Monday April 7th. I did 4 loading days because I was working so much and didn't get to properly load so I added an extra day. I did not weigh myself before I loaded because I didn't want to stress myself out.
    After loading I was 230 on Friday 11th. Today I am 225.2 on the 12th 2nd vlcd day.
    I mixed 5ml bac w 5000 bottle.
    I am drawing up on syringe .20. Is this correct? And what does that calculate to 125,150,200?
    What day do I skip a dose?
    Make up: who is using foundation and what brand are you using? Liquid and powder?
    Hope you all continue your great success. I am eager to lose all this weight I gained.

    Happy Sunday everyone! Today is my officially weight and measuring day - down 15lbs and 3 inches at the waist!! I still have at least one week left and hope to get another 5lbs down, but if not I can stay on until around April 26th before I have some traveling I have to plan for. I hope everyone else is doing great!

    Pharmrepny - I am not so good with the calculations, sorry.

    Pharm, you mixed 1:1 so that's 200iu's. I usually skip every 7th day.

    My 4th round is going super slow!
    3.2lbs lost in the last week . Ugh!
    This isn't going the way I'd hoped for
    I feel like this round is a waste.
    Without the stupid 10.5 that I gained loading, I've only lost 7lbs.
    Good thing I'm only weighing weekly or else I'd be 1 discouraged bit*h!
    I really need to do a long round instead of short but I ain't got time. I need my stabilization weeks before going to Vegas.
    I only have 1 week left before I stop my injections.
    Still 2.3 more pounds to lose before I make it to the 100lbs lost mark (from all rounds).

    Looks like I'm not going to make it to my ultimate goal this round though. I'm sure I'll be back for a 5th round. I'm going to wait until the winter though.

    Well, my first week went ok. Struggled with hunger the first couple of days. I stayed on protocol but ate way more protein and veggies than I should have. Lowered my dose from 20iu to 17 and that has helped a LOT. This weekend was tough, I was working away from home Friday and Sat, then had a family dinner sun. Weighed in Sat morning to 185.6, a 6.4 pound loss. I'll take it! My original goal weight is 170, and I'm sticking to that. 15.6 to my goal! I also started TOM today, so I'm sure that may have slowed down my losses some. onward! Back on track, got my coffee for the morning and HCG chilli for lunch yum!

    UGH! I don't weigh on Sunday's because I am up WAY too early to get to worship team practice, but weigh in today was less than stellar. Lost .6 in 2 days. I have found that I don't lose well after eating strawberries and I ate them yesterday. Eating 2 apples instead seems to work well for me(and keeps the system moving ). I guess I'll stick with that. That and I think TOM is just around the corner and I start gaining the week before. Who knows. I'll just keep plugging away and see what happens. I'm taking a 1 day planned interruption on Sunday since no one knows I'm doing this and we are going to someones house for Easter. I'm bringing salad and fruit. Still going to eat P3 for the day and then right back to P2 on Monday.

    Myzchevious- Are you 2wks in and 15lbs? Thats so great!!! And the inches, that part is really what matters. YAY for another great week!

    Stacy- It's so weird how each round can be so different. Hopefully in the end you feel so much better regardless of what the scale says. I think your losses are amazing but I know what it's like to be discouraged. I have to always remind myself, if I hadn't done HCG, I'd be working 10x's harder and MAYBE lose 2lbs in a week if I'm lucky. Hard when we know what the losses COULD be though. How long do you get to be in Vegas? I'm prepping for vaca too. We are headed to Disneyland May 17th. I will barely be out of P2 since I'm doing a long round so I can fit into my shorts on the trip, but I can eat P3 there(I have before). We will feel so much better on our vacations when this is all said and done! Wishing you luck on getting to goal!

    shkelly.. I am going to be in Vegas from May 15th-19th. & I know what you mean & I know that the closer you get to your goal weight the slower the weight loss is, but still... I want more, I just wanna lose more! Lol!

    Well cabin didn't go so well ended up with a gain and then luckily right back down but stalling because of it. That's alright sticking with it, staying strong, keeping busy. Happy Monday all!
