Yeah, I finished a couple of days ago….started P3 this morning with a nice WARM cup of coffee with heavy whipping cream! I've been having iced coffee for the last 6wks since it tastes better without cream. It was such a nice start to the day! Making my lemon poppyseed and lemon blueberry muffins today to take with me on vacation and I roasted a whole chicken and portioned it out for lunches everyday. I have organic apple chips and almonds for my snacks. I have protein shakes for my breakfast to go with the muffin. With walking all day everyday at disneyland it will be hard to know if I have a sensitivity to something because all the exercise will probably help me not gain. I'll know better when I get back home and can focus on my foods. Crossing my fingers that this will work!

SHKELLY and KANNIA - you both have done so great. I commented on this thread when I first started my journey and then life got crazy busy so I didn't have any time to post. I did watch as others lost though and quietly cheered all on!
SHKELLY - have fun in D'land. I live near the park and it has been REALLY hot down here but the good thing is that the winds today helped push some of the recent fires smoke away so the skies don't look as bad as they did this morning.
I am coming to the end of my shots (just three left). I seem to be getting hungrier and hungrier as the days get closer. Does anyone think that is because I am truly getting down to where I am "done" (or just my brain telling me it wants food)? I was hoping to get to 130 but I am not sure that I can do that. Today, for the first time on this journey, I have been hungry and irritable. I have not cheated at all on this in my 44 days of VLC and have not been hungry in days past. I know that prior to HCG when I lost weight, 135 was a good weight for me but I was diligently working out at that time. I haven't been with this because the clinic that I went to for my HCG suggests not to. I was new, didn't know better so followed their plan with somewhat blind faith. I don't regret it but I do wish I had kept with an exercise program.
Also, can someone suggest a link to something that talks about how to incorporate exercise back into my life, hopefully in P3? I would truly appreciate it.
