    Hi guys wanna jump aboard the HCG bandwagon, I'm not new to HCG lost over 50 lbs a few years back but had some personal issues and thyroid disease which took me up to my highest weight ever 303 got that under control now and I am on R1 P2 Day 10 all is well, down 8.8 lbs. I have made a commitment that I won't be in the 200's this summer happy to have rejoined the group and looking forward to sharing and supporting!

    Ml2f wow 50 pounds thats great...i am glad your are feeling better and you already know that you are capable of losing the weight based on the past rounds! We are here for you to push you on! You can do this!

    Vegas most be so tough as far as temptation... Some serious good food there.
    And about the dating... Haha. I find that hcg and having some guy pick the restaurant incompatible. I can't imagine explaining all this.

    Extra servings are the way to "cheat" imho. It can take awhile to get used to the decreased food volume. I think I double servings my strawberries the entire first round I did.

    Plateau check in

    So for this round of hcg I was treated with some new curve balls!

    By VLCD 10 I had lost 9lbs... Not including load. I was shocked. I've never lost so quickly.

    But today is VLCD 14 and I'm still exactly 9lbs down. I think that's ok/normal for it to even out the extreme loss but it is the teensiest-bit demoralizing. Here's to hoping I break the stall soon.

    Also I confess I had my first cheat with two Hershey fun size bars. Definitely not on plan kids.

    I have lost 1.5 inches off my waist though! Is anyone else walking daily while doing this?

    Hello all, I'm definitely not new to hcg. Back in 2013 I lost a total of 70lbs using hcg drops the prescription grade. I promised not to go back but like so many others life got in the way and I traveled a great bit and started gaining it back in 2014. Tried many times to start hcg again but could never get focused. Well this time I vowed to get focused and do this. I am on vcld 10 and have lost 10.2lbs. Other successful times of doing this I have lost much more than this but I am not bothered. I'm going to keep pushing. Could have been a little further along but unlike last time I took communion last sunday and had the juice and bread. The next day I was up .2lbs then the next day all I did was lose that .2lbs. I'm really going to need everyones help to stay focused this time round and hopefully get off some of the 60lbs I have gained back. I am so ashamed.

    Hey Ricochetdaza...ur doing great and I know what u mean stalls can make u think twice as to way continue! I did a "calikicker" shot on my last round of hcg which ended my stall...u should look into it! Hope it helps!

    Ducati311..we are here to keep each other on track! 10 lbs is great and no other diet can give this much loss in such short amount of time! (I have to continue reminding myself the same thing) we can do this! How long are u planning to do this round for?

    Hello! Today is VLCD 3 for me, 6 lbs already gone -- hooray!

    I'm wondering, has anyone here bought their hcg from the AdvancedHCGDiet website, and, if so, did you follow the guide they sent with it? I got their package and it had a diet included. After looking through it, I was grateful that I'd read Dr. Simeon's protocol before the package arrived, or I would have glommed on to this "easier" alternative. I specifically requested they send me the 500 cal. protocol, and they sent me the 800 cal. one instead. That looks like a lot of food! It seems like almost too much, considering my appetite at this point.

    As it is, I still wonder about some of their suggestions, so that's why I'm asking.

    Also, my boss is a REALLY nice guy, but today he tried to plunk down in front of me two tubs of chocolates: dark-chocolate-covered almonds and chocolate-covered salted caramels. I politely asked him to move them but OMG they are faintly calling my name from down by the coffee machine...
