    Lynn - 15+ is really good for 18 days!! I usually only average in the end .5 a day

    Ashu - I am doing a 31 day round, have a trip to New Orleans on the 20th which will put into day 1 of P3 .. may need correction when I get back from alcohol but I can easily eat P3.. luckily it is only 2 days. That 5lbs of fat , blech, haha
    I am 5'4" 44 yo. Was stable at 123 last round, lost focus, back at 144.
    R1 1/11 Started at 170lbs got to 140. Another round 9/12 got to 123. Goal is to get back in that area and hold under 130.

    Thank you all so much for the encouragement. Woke up Yesterday after 14 much need hours of sleep and was not looking forward to stepping on the scale and when I did... 158.5 from 161.8! Coached myself this morning expecting the scale to go up some figuring I was super dehydrated from sleeping so long but 157.9 popped up and I was super pleased! Even better I could pull on shorts that I couldn't button 2 weeks ago. Can't wait to get off work, out of these scrubs and enjoy my shorts!

    As for yeast infections... I am not sure how the hcg injections work but it is probably not a result of the diet. Sugar is a huge culprit in yeast infections... that's why diabetics suffer so frequently from them. You get them when your natural flora is low as well I.e. when you are on antibiotics or when there is an environment to thrive in... wearing tight non-breathable clothes taking baths etc. Hope you are feeling better!

    Woke to a .2 gain VLCD6. Probably waver here a few days then drop again.. That's my pattern
    I am 5'4" 44 yo. Was stable at 123 last round, lost focus, back at 144.

    Morning. I am 168.7 this morning -1.2 from yesterday. I was totally expecting to be the same because despite me taking smooth move last night there was no movin' lol. I'm stoked! Took the tea again but no luck yet. Going to the beach today.

    Emily that's amazing!! Love getting surprise losses.

    Danielle...how does alcohol effect on p3?

    Ashu. Not sure exactly how it might effect P3 but I know it is not POP. When I do go out in P3 when I look back at my notes from my lowest round in 2012 looks like I would drop the next day gain a pound to two then if I ate mainly protein and salad it would drop back down to my LDW in a couple days. I don't recommend it but can't help the timing unfortunately.

    When in P3 for me I actually lose the best if needed by eating 4 chicken thighs with skin, 2 avocados and romaine throughout the day. My weight falls right back off. My body didn't respond well to steak day just kinda stayed the same.

    Hello Everyone,
    I am back for a short round of 20 days. I am using injections and finishing 2nd load day today. So thankful to begin VLCD tomorrow as I am stuffed like a pig and cannot even think of food now! Going for 13 lb. loss or more if possible. Got my mental game on and ready to go!!

    Hi everyone!

    Ashu, congrats on the loss! I can't wait to hear how you do tomorrow! I've used alcohol in P3 before, but only vodka in sparkling perrier with fresh lime juice. It hit me pretty hard after only two...it didn't effect me at all the next day, except for a pounding headache. However, it could have been how I ate that day also, I prepared for the evening knowing I was going to have a couple drinks. Didn't have fruit only extra protein and veggies.

    Danielle, it's the fat that is helping you lose those pounds, have you read Gary Taubes' book?

    Today was exciting for me! I dropped 1.7 lbs after two back to back .2 losses. I'll take it!! That's 18.1 lbs and it's day 15 here!! I'm making cauliflower soup again because my whole family just loves it, and it's so satisfying having something that is 'creamy' .... mmm waiting patiently as I type this for my 15 mins to be up so I can eat it!! Then it's off to a detox bath and a good book.

    bajarose - nice drop of 1.7!!! I hope that's what happens to me tomorrow.. I have not read his book what is it called? I know my body loves the fat!! lol Looking forward to P3 my favorite!

    As for me..... VLCD7 same weight as VLCD5 it happens so a drop should be coming soon. I measure on Mondays and tomorrow will be the first measure day so I am sure I have a few inches off too. and also TOM really? just had him come visit 10 days ago but only for a day maybe this time he is staying longer.. welcome to HCG, lol

    Bajarose: amazing loss!! Good for you! That soup sounds great. I'm making crab cakes with spicy roasted Brussel sprouts (nop) tiday. I have found most low glycemic veggies don't cause any issues with me. Also I have mixed veggies with no trouble. I only eat 1 fruit if that and only use the melba if I'm making a recipe that needs it.

    Danielle: oh wow Tom back so soon??? That's crazy. I hope you break your slow streak with a big loss tomorrow.

    Good Morning! Congrats to everyone's losses, big and small.

    I'm sorry I've been more of a lurker this past week. I have not been on protocol. I've been mixing veggies and totally not counting calories this week. And probably not drinking enough water. So my weight loss is slower than I would like. But I'm still going down. And what's crazy is that I've found I'm not hungry. Like if I had a big lunch, I'm not hungry for dinner & I'm not craving anything sweet. Most days I forget to have an apple & my crackers. When I first did HCG 3 years ago I was doing the shots and the ND told me that I could have Mary's Gone Crackers. So that what I have instead of a grissini or melba toast. I am taking B12's and magnesium (that also has calcium and more B's) and those are helping so much. If I forget to take the B's. I'm kind of "angry". If I wait to take the "muscle aid", I cramp. Over all, I'm losing & mentally feel good. I only have myself to blame for the lack of success on the scale.
