    Aveeno stress-relief-moisturizing-lotion in Phase 2

    Hello,

I know lotions are a no no. But I was looking at the ingredients on this one and it does not seem to have any oils. Would this be okay to use on P2.

Your ingredient list looks fine for P2. Glycerin is ok on P2.

Any lotions are fine as long as they don't contain coconut or other oils. including vitamin E.

Reminder for me.... I have extremely dry skin and could never exclude body lotions but never had a problem... i guess what i used was borderline HCG friendly... thank goodness spring is here and less lotions required.... anyone had any success with aloe vera?

Aloe gel by itself is actually more drying than moisturizing. However if its combined with glycerin, it might work. Corn Huskers lotion is something you might try.

Yes, sorry. Didn't notice you were not in the US.

Its basically a glycerin lotion. You might try mixing your aloe with some mineral oil and see if that works.

I use baby oil in P2, which is just scented mineral oil and on protocol.

I would be a little careful of Baby oil.... In SA it is VERY Oily, But I do use a water-soluble oil which is less oily and I have a very good body lotion that has a Glycerine combined with mineral oil and it does not interfere with my HCG....well have not done it in a while so I guess I have to wait and keep tabs
