Ummm I find that I'm hungry either way. I find that after the first week my hunger subsides then I'm ok. You can continue to eat all of it if you want. It is protocol so there for its a personal decision. Grammy tends to recommend skipping the melbas because they do tend to stall or slow losses. So my advice to you is if you find your losses stall quite often or slow, drop the melba and see what happens. Keep in mind that Stalls are normal so your body can keep up with the weight loss and prevent lose skin but you continue to drop inches during a stall...... losses also slow after the first week. Your losses are mostly water your first week so u lose more.
