I go exactly with the 10 day plan including fruit and grissini cuz im so hungry by the time its time to eat again. Today I was only down .4 its day 7 for me not including loading days. Is that pretty normal? I was expecting to lose bigger in the first couple weeks.
Ummm I find that I'm hungry either way. I find that after the first week my hunger subsides then I'm ok. You can continue to eat all of it if you want. It is protocol so there for its a personal decision. Grammy tends to recommend skipping the melbas because they do tend to stall or slow losses. So my advice to you is if you find your losses stall quite often or slow, drop the melba and see what happens. Keep in mind that Stalls are normal so your body can keep up with the weight loss and prevent lose skin but you continue to drop inches during a stall...... losses also slow after the first week. Your losses are mostly water your first week so u lose more.

[COLOR="#000000"]Hey, Jennifer...Good to see you on another thread!

What is the ten day diet? Aren't we allowed to choose whatever we want from the list per meal/snack? If I had to follow a regimen I wouldn't make it. It's the variety that keeps me going. I tend to spread everything out throughout the day so that I'm eating something almost every two hours. If not, then I'm miserable counting the hours till I eat again. Even an apple, I will split into two snacks, just to spread it out. My reward every day for being strong is a bowl of strawberries with chocolate stevia. If I close my eyes it's like I'm eating a chocolate covered strawberry!

This is my third round, but I've never really gotten the hang of the abbvs., so here goes... I'm R3P2 VLCD4. I'm down 4.8 pounds so far. I lost 22lbs my first round in 2011. In 2013 I had gained back 15lbs...so I started round 2, and lost those 15. I over-endulged over the holidays and put those same 15 right back on...soooooo here I am again.

I've never had "buddies" with my other two rounds, so I'm excited at the prospect of having ppl to bounce thoughts off of during this round that will know what I'm talking about. LOL!

Is there a way to get notifications on your phone when someone replies to a thread? That would be most helpful.

    Stay strong, ladies!!!!

Married to DH for 20 years and no end in sight. We have a beautiful 15 yr old miracle daughter
that we've decided to spoil rotten and feel very sorry for the poor sap that marries her. <3

I also spread everything out. It keeps me more satisfied that way. I often eat extra protein cause I do work out pretty intense 6 days a week. If I eat extra protein I will skip my second veggie usually.

I did my first round in 2011 also. May and June to be exact. I lost about 20lbs kept it off for a year then went nuts and gained it all back plus more. Did another round last Feb for 30 days, lost 30lbs cheated one day then could never get back on track so I quit without going into P3 and gained that all back plus 10 more. I did a round 3 weeks ago and lost 25lbs, just got done with P3 and I'm back to lose the rest which is 10 - 15lbs. I am hoping this is my last round and that I make smarter choices to keep it off this time. I have a severe sweet tooth so that's my downfall. We are all human so things happen and a lifestyle change is hard especially if you grew up eating junk food like me. I never really had a weight problem growing up....not really ever at all but I've always been very self conscious about my appearance so I dieted my whole life starting in middle school.......trying EVERY fad diet and diet pill out there. I also had an addiction to exercise which I did 4 hours per day for quite a while. I just recently with in the last couple years let myself go. The highest I EVER got as far as my weight (besides being pregnant) was 185....I'm 5'5 so that's high for me. I look good and healthy between 135-145 so that's my goal is in between there somewhere. I never exercised with any other round so I'm hoping it will help with my losses

Buddies are great for support on this diet. I didn't find this forum my first round but was glad when I did. The support is wonderful

Hi hk. Day went great. Hoping everyday is like the past few days. I had to eat my dinner 2 hours early because I had an appt and I was nervous id be starving but I'm ok. How's your day?

I actually added up all the calories I'm eating because I was curious and it comes out to 469 with 53 carbs 4 g fat and 52 protein. Funny huh?

Yes it has. I found the old app works better. The new updated app tends to freeze up a lot and close

Wow! lots of new people!! Exciting for me-Welcome everybody!! I'm gonna check my calorie count tomorrow i think. I usually spread out the fruit over two snacks as well, crazy how much that helps! the ten day plan is just a sample plan I found online through the place I bought my drops. I'm thinking of making up my own ten day plan after I'm done using this one. I like not having to think to hard about what to eat when doing something like this. I feel to crazed out trying to figure out what to while feeling like I'm starving half to death. My new 10 day plan will include stuff i liked on the old one and some new things I've seen on Pinterest. Do you all have any go to meals you like?

I always keep p2 super simple. Chicken. Fruit. Strawberries and blueberries. Spinach. Green beans and melba. Tons of water and black coffee. I've tried other things but these work best for me. I pre bag and prepare everything because this way everything is ready and I never have to think about what to eat. The times I've tried fish on p2 I've felt really hungry so I just stick w what works.

I keep my p2 pretty simple also. I eat the same thing pretty much every day....chicken, apples, strawberries, eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes. That's pretty much all the foods I eat during p2.

I do like p2 chili and cabbage with hamburger but ground beef seems to slow my losses so I try not to eat that very often. I have ate fish in the past but it doesn't satisfy me

I also occasionally eat some coco crack which is not on protocol
