    Hey!! Sorry I haven't checked in for awhile. Yesterday was a p2 Mini Steak day that resulted in a 1.4 loss. I'll take it! I hope everyone else is doing well and losing lots!

    Hello everyone!! I have lots to catch up and read, I have been super busy and have not had a chance to stop by here. I got a little off track and gained a little but I am back to strict P3 and will hopefully get those few pounds off quick. Everyone seems to be doing great!

    Congrats to those who made their goal! Awesome!!

    Just saying Heh! And congrats to all working hard and reaching your goals. I have nothing useful to report. Haven't lost anything new since Friday, been going up and down 1 lb. Hubby is doing roughly the same, though we haven't eaten together the whole time. We have 5 more days of drops if mine hold out and 7 more days after today of VLCD. I am just praying for 2-3 more lbs. It wouldn't be a great success, but it would be enough I guess. I am going to let Hubby end a day early, so I don't torture him on P3. Got to start planning my P3, cause I didn't clear stuff remotely right the last time. And want to put more effort in this time. Think I will try P2 Fage day today... see if I can have the same results I had earlier in the round from it. Hugs to all! Have a great day!

    I don't know if someone asked already, but what is a ministeak day? I thought steak days were only for P3 and P4. I want to try one to see if it will jump start me again.

    Hi all - I lost .6 today but have only netted 1.8 for the week so far. I really thought I'd have a big drop after TOM left and today was the day but nooooooooooooooooooooo. So I'm annoyed. I know, still, looking at it from the whole round standpoint I'm still doing well. I'll focus on that. (Grrr!). I'm going to a mended little hearts meeting tonight with my son and our tradition is to go for sushi before hand - so I'll be a bit off protocol tonight but nothing too terrible. They have no rice rolls with cucumber and fish so I should be a-ok to stay pretty darn close to protocol, other than I'll be eating tuna or salmon instead of a white fish. I'll skip the salty miso soup and leave the edamame for him. And I'll have a great big pot of yummy jasmine tea.

    Hi everyone! What a journey !!! I'm down another 0.8 this morning. Today will be my last full day of drops with my last dose being tomorrow morning so my LDW will be tomorrow's weight. Then 48 hours later I will have a p3 breakfast Saturday morning
    Hope today is a great day for all!

    Karri ~ Wow, you are 2.4 below goal now. Awesome!

    AFM ~ Yeah, I am down 1.0 this morning, even though still no bm. I might have to have another cup of smooth move tonight. Anyway, I am now 154.5 and made my mini goal - I am no longer overweight on BMI. Tomorrow I will change my goal again as I have about 5 more scheduled days of drops left.

    My scales are weirding out this morning.
    One says up one pound and the other says down one pound. Both say the same after a couple of tries.
    Batteries must be weak on one.
    Having hunger issues and have asked Grammy for help. Skipping today and see what happens.

    meli2doit, great job! I was so happy when my BMI finally came down out of the overweight range, so I know how you feel. At that point, I thought okay, now I'm losing for me and not because I 'have' to. I felt healthy and strong. Maybe just a mental thing, but it works for me. If that makes sense...

    CarrieAnna, same here! I thought after TOM I'd have these huge drops (huge meaning at least more than .5 most days lol - perspective changes) but that's not happening. Slow and steady wins the race, though, right?

    Karri, WOW! Way to go. I'm so excited for you and your P2 success and upcoming P3.

    AFM - down .3 today. So slow. It's down, though, and I'm happy. I think it may have been the homemade chicken broth I had last night. My husband made it and instead of following the P2 recipe I gave him, he took the liberty of adding/doing this and that to it. He's a very good cook, and it tasted really great, but I'm just not sure about it. Mostly, he just added extra veggies for the flavors and then took them all out. It didn't taste extra salty, but who knows. He doesn't measure either...just throws things in. The thing is, I skipped my dinner fruit and melba, so I really thought I'd have a better loss anyway. I think I lose better when I eat everything including my fruits and melbas. I'll tell myself that, anyway, so that I can just go ahead and eat everything. I just have about a week more until I'd like to be finished with my short round. I'm not positive I'll make 145 (in fact, I don't think I will), so I will decide if I want to go longer to get there or take where I am and work to stabilize and maintain there. Maintaining is my big issue anyway, and I'd rather be at a little higher weight and learn to maintain then get real low again and not be able to maintain. On a good front, I got out my 6's to try on even thought I knew they wouldn't fit, and I could get them on and button and zip them all. They were WAY too tight but just being able to button and zip made me feel great. My 8's do fit! I don't have many 8's unfortunately, though. This is proof to me of the power of HCG because I have been 15 lb smaller weight before and not been able to put on 6's. I do exercise a lot (although not on this P2 round) and always have, but I see a definite difference in body shape with the HCG.
