So, I had a birthday party this weekend and did not follow protocol at all. Then it just kind of snowballed. Now I am on day 3, I havent taken HCG in two days or followed the diet. I’m sure I’ve gained weight. But my question is, do I restart, go back to phase 1 and start loading again? Or do I just start taking HCG again in the AM and continue on the protocol?

Yes, just move on and don't cheat again. You may be set back 4 or 5 days in your losing trajectory, but you can recover if you get back on track right away. You don't need to reload....Or do I just start taking HCG again in the AM and continue on the protocol?
