Are you still craving now? Is the hunger you've been experiencing quite strong? Like strong enough that you can't ignore it or banish it with a cup of hot tea?
If so, and you have had 4 injections so far, you can skip your dose tomorrow, and we can see which way you need to adjust. I suspect from your account of being very hungry in the morning that the adjustment probably should have been up rather than down. But we can't know for sure until you do a skip day. Usually, you need to be on the same dose for 4 days before doing a skip day, but it looks like you've only done one day at 100iu, is that correct?
If so, we can still get a fairly good idea from a skip day. If you decide to skip your dose tomorrow, pay attention to your hunger levels ONLY starting about 4PM or early evening. (What happens in the earlier part of the day doesn't matter.) If hunger is stronger from 4pm on, you will raise your dose the next day to 150iu. If hunger goes away around 4PM, it means your dose was too high.
Each dose overlaps the last two, so just changing dose without doing a skip day takes 3 days for you to get to your adjusted dose. Which means you are not comfortable for days, and you are not losing optimally. The skip day gets you the info you need to get on track right away.
