    Chocolate Delight

Hi there, I know there are other posts and questions about chocolate delight, but I found a different recipe.

Baker's unsweetened chocolate (1 square) [melted]
Couple of drops of stevia mixed
I sprinkled a little truvia on top and froze.

It was very bitter but I enjoyed it. To reach my 500 calorie mark I had two. I have been reading that this shouldn't hinder my weight loss (I know everybody is different). I was just wondering other's take on this recipe and if I should see a gain/lose tomorrow.

The chocolate itself is 70 calories, 7 g fat, 4 carbs, 0 sugar, 2 fiber. I think what is scaring me in the 7 g of fat.

    Any experiences?

I haven't tried the baker's chocolate but I wonder if you could do that with the white chocolate? Hrm..
I've made this for dipping in my strawberries:

    3 TBS of cocoa powder
1 TBS (ish. I went by taste) of vanilla extract
    1 packet of Splenda
    3.5 TBS of water
    a pinch of kosher salt

Toss in the microwave for 20-30 secs until melted. Then I guess you could toss it in the freezer? Haven't tried that yet.

OR substitute Vanilla Creme Stevia for the vanilla extract and Splenda. I also found the kosher salt dissolves better than sea salt but you could also use that as well.

I'm really happy I found out about chocolate delight, but I use coconut oil to make it. I'm in heaven!

Of course I use Coconut Oil, but I also take 2 tbs of heavy cream and dissolve 14 pkts of Truvia [which will keep it from having that grainey texture]. I took that tip from the "hcgbesties" on YouTube.

You should also try Lemon Truffles created by Hebbiedobbie on YouTube. They are made with just Artisana Coconut Butter, truvia, lemon juice and lemon zest.
You will love them. I have had great releases with them but the Lemon Truffles may not work for everyone and it seems to be P2 friendly. Just don't have too many. They are very addicting.

    Happy Releases.

So, you all do alright releasing in P2 consuming cocoa crack/chocolate delight?

I've done fine with it, but I am sure some people do have a problem with it. I only have a couple pieces a day.
