You shouldnt need to add protein if your dose is right. You should have little to no hunger and you should be satisfied with the prescribed portions. Some people even find it hard to eat the whole meal. If you are not satisfied after a meal, then dose is likely off somewhat.
Not eating the fruits is off
protocol. But are you at least replacing them with vegetables like tomatoes? I'm not sure you can be properly advised since you eliminating food groups in the menu. The
protocol allows for omitting some of your foods if you are not hungry enough to eat them occasionally. Beyond that, the delicate balance of the plan can be affected. So you are kind of on your own in deciding how much extra protein you really need.
As for knowing when you are "done", its mainly intuition, or you just get to the point where you don't have the will to continue. Im not sure there is any way to tell that you have the exact number of your ideal weight. You just have to judge by how you feel and what you see in your clothes, and aim for a healthy weight "range".
