Complete loss of appetite and vomiting at the thought of food

    Hey all,

I recently started a 40 day round of sublingual HCG. I did 2 rounds about 2 years ago and everything went smoothly and I lost 75lbs over the course of those 2 rounds plus eating healthy afterwards. I recently had a baby (about 9mo ago) and gained a lot of excess weight and decided to give HCG a go again since I was so successful in the past.

Unfortunately, this time is a lot different than my previous 2 rounds. I am on Phase 2 Day 10 and I have absolutely no appetite whatsoever. The food aversions have kicked in so strong that I was attempting to make lunch and dinner today and just the smell made me run to the bathroom and vomit the water and bile I had in my stomach. I was able to sort of finish my lunch but I couldnt stomach the veggies or the melba toast. I thought I was going to vomit on my plate. For dinner, I straight up vomited at the smell of me cooking the chicken in the kitchen before I could eat it. The partially prepared meal is still in the kitchen and every time I think about going in there to clean it up I begin to dry heave.

This extreme food aversion has been going on for about ~5 of the 10 days. I am already down 15lbs and loving the results but not at the expense of starving myself. I absolutely can not bring myself to eat. I want to throw up right now thinking about chicken or cucumbers or anything like that. I was concerned by the aversion so I decided to skip a dose 2 days ago to see if I could figure out if my dose was too high or low. I felt 100% the same and noticed no difference in my appetite.

Right now I am taking .3 on my 1cc syringe. I followed the instructions for mixing 15cc of the bac. water.

Guys, I am really struggling. I want to feel better. I already have chronically low blood pressure (runs in my family) and not eating makes me very very weak and dizzy.

What am I missing about my dose? Should I go higher or lower? Is this diet just not for me anymore?

If your mix was 5000iu to 15ml bac water, you are only taking 100iu dose. That is quite low. Was that your mixing ratio? We can't really advise you on that until we know the actual dose.

Sometimes the food aversion can be severe. It can help to puree your meal into a soup and try to drink it as a liquid.

If you can't stomach that, you might try the Jay Robb egg white protein shake. (The whey one would be the second choice.) You might be able to sip on that throughout the day. Some have been able to do well on that protein substitute.

Let's see what dose you are actually on before going any further.

Hm.. not sure where my previous post went (hope im not double-posting, if so my apologies)

but, yes you are correct. 5000iu mixed in 15ml of bac water and dosing at .3cc. Should I increase to .5?

Totally random thought but could you be pregnant!? I hate to say that when you have a 9 month old!!! HCG never made me feel nauseous 😬

Five years ago, a normal dose for sublingual used to be about 166iu 2 times a day. Now most people do 150iu 2 times a day.

So to get that with your mixture, you would need to draw to .45 for 150 iu. .5 would give you 165iu.

Since you didn't have any changes on your skip day, it might be better to try a dose of 125iu (2x day) first. That would be .375 on your syringe. Try that and see if you feel better after a day or two.

If you want to check the math for yourself (I always do), the formula is here: https://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforum...lations-21439/

I think an increase is the best idea, since you are essentially on a round one. If you start out at 100iu, you're already at nearly the bottom of the effective dose.
