    Rusty, sorry to hear about the Goose egg....but girl, you are my inspiration for sure so just keep pushing on.

    Windburned, I am so happy for you.....Nice touch with the Prada shades too....you deserve it!!! Keep up the good work!!!

    As for me, I have been a bit confused with Phase 3 because of the ability to eat anything I want besides sugars and starches. Not sure I like it that way......My weight has been up and down (more up) but never more than 2 pounds above LIW until yesterday morning when I was 2.2 over LIW. So, I decided to give my first Steak day a try and to my surprise, this morning I jumped on the scale to find that I had lost 4.2 pounds. I now love steak days....LOL. I have 11 days of P3 left and I think I am going a bit rouge by cycling back to P2. I don't want to go to P4 because I know how I am and will never get the mindset back to do this. Being an addictive eater, I need to keep myself in check and just roll on with this until I get into a comfort zone. I think I am stabilizing pretty good with the exception of yesterday's .2 thing. Has anyone else ever heard of a first rounder doing a cycle against rules and been okay?? Kinda scared to go outside the box but I know me and how my mind works....

    Keep up the losses peeps and have a great rest of the week......

    Phase 3 is the 2 days without drops, phase 4 is the 3 week break isn't it?

    This is the way I understand it:
    First Three Week Phase 3: During this period you will increase your daily calorie intake from 500 a day to 1500 – 2000 a day. This is a no sugar or carb part of the Hcg diet. You can eat what you want, and when you want, just avoid sugar and starches. Make sure you still weight yourself every morning so you can adjust if you need to.
    Second Three Weeks Phase 4: Now that you have been eating more foods and your body has adjusted to them, you can start by very gradually add starches and sugars back into your life. A little warning here, do this in small quantities and let your body adjust to your new eating style. Always continue to do your morning weighing and adjust your calories intake if you get out of range.

    Technically, that would be cycling and we are not supposed to do that as a first round. But I am planning to do it also because I have my frame of mind going and don't want to stop now....I am doing P3 right now and am on day number 10 of 21 days. My first round of Hcg was a 23 day round. When the next 11 days are over, I am loading and off again. How close are you to starting again...??? Maybe we can do it together.....

    I am on R1P2 Day 22 with a loss of ,16.3lbs. I am planning 40 day round because I am not strong enough to do another round. I still have 33.2lbs to go. I am feeling discouraged cause I lost 9.1 lbs the first week and only a couple lbs the 2 weeks after. Is there anything to help speed up the weight loss? I drink my water and follow protocal. Can you continue losing when your done or do you have to do it again? I am super scared to do P3. I start it April 26th.
