    I have more cravings and hunger when my TOM is here while on hcg and I usually don't lose a drop of weight even if I follow strict protocol. cocoa crack is a must for TOM! Also I drink the crystal lite packets....they are 0 sugar and 10 calories I think. Helps me a ton with the sweet tooth! I don't know how strict you are but a few little things like that save me from BIG cheats. I also make my morning smoothie with the crystal lite packet. Gives my strawberries, ice and water a little more flavor!

    I'd save wanting to eat more it totally normal! Keep some fresh veggies on hand that you can grab and snack when you need. You will do fine with it! Don't be upset if you don't see huge losses while your "visitor" is here....its water and will come off as soon as TOM leaves.

    Well...I knew it was bound to happen. A week of good losses followed by a big ole goose egg this morning. Not surprising at all. I did manage to get a good 7 days worth of losses this time, seems like last rounds the goose egg would come in 4-5 days. Hoping the scale treats me better in the morning. My hubby is coming home tonight so I'll be testing my willpower while he is home. hopefully I can make it 2 weeks with cooking regular meals for him!

    How's everyone else doing today?? Ready for the week ahead?

    Well after my PI I am no longer in the 220s. I failed BIG TIME and have an extra 6lbs to show for it! I believe alot is water weight from the drinking (wasn't water either! ) Worse part is..I felt sick just nauseous for 2 days and it doesn't feel worth it. Today is my first vlcd day again and doing a 23 day clean round before even thinking of starting P3.
    I stopped smoking May8th and just prior to starting this with an additional 11lb gain! UGH but feel better since I quit. I always just thought it was something people said to make you stop but its real! lol

    Ugh up 0.8#! Not sure if it is due to TOMs approach or if it because of diet yesterday. I did have rotisserie chicken, weighed it out and removed skin, only ate breast meat. Also ate both my fruits and had extra grissini bread sticks. Going to try to stick to protocol 100% today and up my fluids. Also going to drink some warm lemon water to flush myself of excess fluids. Going to nix the salt for a bit too incase it is water weight. Really want to make it to 165 this round. Currently ay 190.7 at the moment from 202.9. Only 14 days in but still have 26 days on the HCG if I go the full 40 days which I intend to do. Thinking about going 60 days...I know it's not recommended but I am still thinking about it.

    I was told NO rotisserie chicken or any chicken cooked with the skin on it as the fats still seep into the meat. I was hoping it would have been allowed because it would make some nights much easier to prepare a quick meal instead of cooking.

    Hey all, let me add my gain to the mix! I gained what I lost yesterday! 1.4lbs! It was either eating an apple (made me gain at the end of R1), eating the culprit apple after 7pm (I should never eat late!), or just added stress trying to quit smoking (didn't eat any extra, though). Oh well, it happens, as long as I don't gain any more (apples are bye bye, so is late eating, stress, well, I'll do my best!).

    Back to our happy losses!

    I know I could have never stopped smoking while doing this which I why I did it first. I ate everything without realizing I was even doing it until within 2 weeks I had gained 11 lbs YIKES..so I used sunflower seeds as my (hand to mouth fixation) and it worked. Congrats to you!!!

    Uuuugggggghhhhhh!!!! I'm out of chicken breast! I wanted chicken for dinner. Wouldn't mind doing a frittata but had egg protein for lunch so that's out! I'm tired of shrimp and beef so I guess I am making another trip to the grocery store!

    What's really bothering me is that I just threw some awesome smelling chicken together for my husband and baby...it's got dill and lemon, feta, olive oil, all the food stuff and I can't touch it! I miss my favorite foods AND I HATE TOM! Wish he'd come and go already so I could get off this damn emotional roller coaster he always puts me on!!!

    I hesitate to say it - for fear of jinxing myself - but I think I am finally stabilizing!! The weight has been fluctuating for several days, but just a couple 10th one way or the other from LDW. This is GOOD!! I have one week left of P3, and want to be stable as I begin P4. Much as I am enjoying p3 & my BAB (which I have for lunch `cuz I'm not a morning eater) - I am anxious to begin my next p2! We have a cruise planned for late November - and I want to be MUCH smaller!!

    And to you who have quit smoking - GOOD ON YA!! I quit 40 years ago. One of the best things I ever did!

    I am thinking of doing the leptin reset but didn't know it would work if you have the BAB near noon. I have never been a breakfast eater but right about now during phase 2 I bet I could get use to it. lol
