I started injections Nov 12 and loaded 2 days so my first VLCD was the 14th of November. I am on my 16th day of VLC days. So when would I be done with a 30 day round does that count loading or not? I have skipped 1 injection 1x day per week I am trying to decide if I should do a planned interuption and then go on for 40 days or just stop at 30?
I'm just getting physically tired. I was sick some the past few days. Other than that, doing Ok.I kinda miss having fat in my food but doing ok overall.
